19:21 Enjoyed the more true ingredients at the market. Regarding the bun, in the future would it be possible for you to inquire with the vendor as to the actual ingredient(s). I always want to know the ingredient so I can look up the scientific name botanically. Sometimes it's a common plant in another country. Or something I can grow and then can make myself. Or I discover something I can try. It would be helpful if more content creators did this and it's highly informative. Even the phonetic spelling in English of the Chinese name would be better than nothing.
Hi there, thanks a lot for the feedback! We love these comments with suggestions on how to improve the videos. So one big ingredient mixed with the pork dumplings is the Chinese chive (garlic chives). The greens in that bun you refer to might be Glebionis coronaria but we're not 100% sure. We didn't ask the vendor unfortunately
@@davandj Thanks for your reply. I know the chives and tung ho/edible chrysanthemum 茼蒿 but I don't think that's it. You had such a great shot of the interior. It was fiberous/had tendril like parts as fine as dill which is highly unusual-which is also why I wanted to inquire. Also, if vendors have signs even in Chinese those can be clues with close-up shots.
Hey there! It's called Lao Changguolao it's on one of the side streets off the main street This should be the map link: g.co/kgs/uZGeKUz I hope you'll have a blast in Harbin!! Bring a good jacket :P
Good point, Tbh we picked by feels/instrument didn't pay too much attention to the origin! I wouldn't say it's israeli tho.. it's a *Jewish* song written in 1918 so older than israel.

Russian food with Israel music, interesting choice for background music.
