Have you ever “lost yourself” in a book or a movie? Have you ever felt self-conscious speaking in front of a crowd? All have experienced how the sense of self comes and goes, so much so that the descriptions are idiomatic. Some try to make the dropping of self into this esoteric indescribable transcendent mystical experience, but it’s actually so commonplace as to be banal. Most have just never stayed with the experience, much less investigated it. Once it’s seen that the sense of self comes and goes, it becomes easier and easier to see through the illusion of a permanent, unchanging, separate self.

If it's all mystery how can you give definitive statements that "there is no one", "there is no one in the room"? These are statements of knowledge; a claim to know. Kenneth uses concepts but then denies the conceptual and says it's energetic.

Why do people keep saying "apparent person", or an "apparent thing happening"? The other question is about trauma in the body and psyche. How to be with the uprising of this material. Thank you 🙏

how strange, the alcoholism/ sibling story is also happening here, with multi attempts currently on the sufferer's lfe...by himself... self- admitting or harming daily... crazy stuff happening here apparently. since 2020. well it was weird well b4 that tbh 😂 saw nothingness, wasn't here, was the breeze, was here but unable to find self or position..... have heard my own voice from nothing, so strange to observe all that. all stories eh. pretty bl**dy convincing ones!

its funny, i used to feel like i understood what was being said when i watched these. after a while now i have no idea of what is being said. there was drinking a milo, staring out the window, realized kenneth was still talking, now typing this message, considering what is being typed, not much thought about what is being typed

What a refreshing conversation! I think that the only clarity there is, is the end of the need to be clear about anything. And then everything is free to be as it is including any attempt to understand anything. Doesn’t matter if you try to understand nonduality or how money works! Same thing.
