Why is the appearance of something different to something? Why is something apparently happening different to something happening? Why is the apparent self different to the self? Maybe the self is left brain chatter and to say it isn't there is the delusion. I would guess that most people who awaken have been seeking for years. Seek and you shall find.
I do not agree with the first part. Would then be Ok for the animals to always be worry about a predator? Aren't they looking in the future when they are waiting for their preys hours long? Wouldn't that part of the duality? You seem to say that that part is OK because it's the body's energy. Isn't the body part of the duality? I think there is only one energy that includes body, psychology and all is part of appearance. Only, I agree that psychology is illusion. It's hell too for animals, they just don't know, and in that, ignorance is blissed. Like said Eckart Tolle, we won't come back to animal state.
