17:50 at Tim. I feel ya buddy. I think many of us are better at full shots. Those soft and weird 40-80 yard shots are not something people practice often. I remember a vid with Dustin Johnson several years ago where someone asked him how to play a 50-yard shot....LoL and he said, "I don't practice those because I don't hit it there."

Edit: I figured out a solution to their 50-60 yard partial shot woes... HIT TO A DISTANCE THAT WORKS BETTER FOR EVERYONE. Obviously 50-60 yards isn't anyone's strength. Why keep hitting there?

That looks like a fun golf course with tricky need to know greens. Good on Greg, the Director of Golf, to shoot a 63 on that track. And thanks Takomo for hinting at the 2.0 Ignis Driver - not that I am curious at all. Nice try gang, well played, with a bit more green-sense you could have tied that record.

I've watched a large portion of your videos, all well explained I might add. However I have not heard which irons would best suit a player who sweeps the ball or who is more of a digger.

Will takomo ever offer combo sets I want something like the 201s for pw to 7 and 101t or 101 for longer irons for the forgivness!

Is it me or do the 101T seem way lower ball flight? P.S. I think you are a much better golfer than 5 handicap tee to green. Though you do seem to spray a bit away from the pins a bit. Where you loose strokes is around the greens. When you get down to the low single handicap I'm sure you know "that's where the moneys at!" I'm probably going to go with the 201 or 301cbs But maybe even keep my muscle back 2 or 3 iron for must hit fairways and trouble shots down low. My question is this (from watching your swing, which I think is fundamentally great...) For you, are the 201 and 301cb still easily workable. I found that a straight up cavity is just plain not easily workable and you commented that the 101T did not seem to move the way you were use too???

Very typical results that most people never believe because they never test. And with a lower swing speed the results are almost identical. As long as you're not egregiously out of the real, not rated or imagined, swing speed handling capability of a shaft it's more about shaft weight, balance point, feel and trajectory effect. If a shaft gives you those factors and is consistent then the rating on the shaft is irrelevant. After all, there is no industry standard for flex and no two golfers deliver the club exactly the same.
