Seriously? $120K is way too much for something this small. Someone could buy a premade shed for 10% of your asking price and even after investing 20K-30K to make it livable it still comes to less than half of your usurious asking price. You are no different than all the landlords out there tripling the prices of their apartments to make the most money during this ridiculous real estate crisis. No wonder you can't even get 8K subs. You're too greedy & opportunistic. What a joke.

I like the pocket door, into the bedroom. I run into doors, and get caught up on them, especially if someone moves it's position. My eyes don't focus on 1 object, like a normal set of eyes. People glance sideways at my poor husband, because of the marks I get, running into doors.

I always wanted a mobile home commercial manufactured home like this to rent I hope my dreams come true one day I always dream of one of these homes to myself

Hello didn’t see cost I’m wanting to add one in my yard for my parents.

Now thats how you do it! Best things I noticed you did. 1. Not excessive amount of windows. (I don't need to feel like im living in some fragile fishbowl people can see or break into easily). 2. Maximum efficiency and space, no unnecessary frills. 3. perfect layout ( i can't stand lofts with that awkward height where you can't stand). Great job

What size is this 12x20???

If I was building a tiny house it would be this exact layout. The kitchen is not overwhelming the space. The bathroom is big. Washer/Dryer area. Ample wardrobe. Even the living room is a perfect space. A lot of windows for light. Man great job. I would buy this if it was 10 years from now. I'll keep you in mind though.

Has a decent bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a real toilet...on this alone it gets a thumbs up...nice floor plan....luv the ceiling too....I'd live here...could build a lovely front and side porch ...has possibilities 😊

As a solo senior woman - I would change the full size stove to an apartment size and have more cabinet space, change the big hot water tank to a tankless then add removable shelving in front for access for any repairs. And I would want a real wood front door. Very nice layout - it looks well done. Oh and adding shelving for "STUFF" in the living room and up high in the bedroom - we have lots of girly things to display....

Yes I do like it the floor plan is just right size for me and my wife. But I'd like to know how much it cost with all the furnished appliances already in it. I just may purchase one of those real soon I'm living in a 10x20 and it's to small for me and my wife need one just a little bit bigger.

a demand hot water heater would of been better, i have on in my home and love it. so much less room to deal with a little more expense but hey worth the cost in a tiny home. great home, love it all that you need to live tiny. buy an extra building to put your other stuff in IF YOU HAVE YOUR OWN LAND . BUT AWESOME.

image if the goverment spend federal dollars and folks tax money on this to house the homeless or folks on section 8 or hud waiting list. the waiting list would not have to be 5 years or closed. if they spend money on this in us cities instead of ukraine and war.

every famous person should invest in this. or soical media rich person. or even upper middle class or wealthy class person. just for a rainy day. or if you go broke you have something to fall back on until you can get another place.
