    I just hope people realize this is a home built to exceed residential standards. You can get a 30 year mortgage on these homes. I've walked through them....they are so solid; and beautiful. Michael and Janelle are so down to earth and willing to answer every question you have. Love this builder and his homes.

      Thank you for that, Robin! We are excited to offer a smaller home that qualifies for a 30-year mortgage and thank you for that. It is always good seeing you!

    Thank you for answering the questions. The house is super nice. Loved going through it. I just live to far away in Texas, no way can I pay 7 dollars a mile. I can still look so thanks for that.

    Are you approved for Tennessee?
    I viewed on the website that the camp creek starts at 78,400. Watching the video I’m curious now if the 98k sticker includes foundation work? Thanks for any info- beautiful work

      We are not currently approved for TN, but hope to be soon and will update you then! The $78k is our base model and we can easily do a total package including reset and foundation.

    Love your work. How does a lender know this is a real home 🏡 that comes delivered in one piece?
    Can a buyer have a washer/dryer combo be put in the bathroom with vent/electric/water done by professionals?
    Are you able to do a home-land package or can you refer a lender in Palm 🌴 Beach County, Florida?

    • @getafterit
      @getafterit  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey John,
      Being certified modular is what sets them apart by governments and lenders alike. We don't offer financing but have clients that pursue a construction loan to acquire the home and do land/site work as well.
      Thanks for watching!

      Thanks for the feedback. I saw the layout for the 2 bedroom, can it be made into a 1 bedroom 1.5 bathroom, it's for me, don't need 2 bedrooms, want living space, the 1 bedroom is too small, thanks.

    Thanks for a very informative video. A question and some thoughts: Can these homes be placed on a post and beam foundation? Re: the water heater, I know people who live in very cold climates who use tankless heaters successfully (or so they say- LOL.), so if someone wanted to go tankless, could they leave out the tank heater and pay extra for tankless. or have you just leave out the tank and they'd put in a tankless heater on their own when they get the house? Or does the Code require that you supply a tank heater? Re: refrigerators, I think that people have specific needs and desires when it comes to them. Since they are usually not built into the cabinetry and are free standing, I think it is best to leave them out, and just provide enough space for one. Just my opinion...Thanks.

    • @getafterit
      @getafterit  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hey JM, great points, thank you! Yes, this home can be designed and built for a pier foundation. The hot water heater can also be swapped out for a tankless and good point on the fridge. We want to be helpful in that regard but have been torn whether to add it or not.
      All great points and thanks so much for taking the time to help!
