WHEN was this fascinating and excellent video actually filmed? It appeared here on TH-cam in early 2024 - in February, I think. But is this February in Tirana? You speak of the intense heat. The trees are in full leaf. It looks like summer. Surely this isn't February?

It was quiet because, as you guys might have noticed 😊, it gets really hot during the day, so the locals tend to stay indoors. It gets a lot busier at night and the bars/clubs are always packed.
