Rotherham town centre shopping, is it really on its knees now?
I returned to the town centre to have a look at the new complex and Corporation Street to see how the development with the burnt out buildings was progressing.
I love Rotherham always will, but I couldn't help feeling sad of the decline in pedestrians that was all too evident, oh and watch on as I was stopped from filming in the pub I voted best in the town centre back in May this year.

After 48 years, this is my last day, its just travelling to work to hand in my work stuff, join me on this last trip.

This video wont mean much to most people unless you knew me or my mate in this film, or lived on this estate, it's a walk round our old estate from mid 60s remembering growing up there's too much to tell but here's a bit. There wont be another unless demand requires it, then I would then try and get more people involved.

Nothing serious about this, I'm no Pub or beer expert, and to be honest theres not a bad one amongst the 9 that I did, they all have their own thing about em, and thats why they are still in business today.

A no frills pub still doing the business, now ya cant say that for a lot of em, may not be everyones ideal watering hole but the beer was good, and lets be reyt thats what we go in em for, great Landlord very sociable and accommodating, Thanks Gary.
