When you walked past the first shops and you said you remembered a pub being there, if you had turned left the pit was down there. The pub that is no longer there was the Thurcroft Hotel.

Eyup John were alreyt dat like da ses like everywhere nowa days nail bars n hairdressers but nowt else rather see buchers n bakers mi sen . I remember Consort suite in't late 80s were a nice place if I remember reyt did a mean sunday roast . That cenotaph were nice very important to remember our heroes pal si de on't next un 👍

Would you do a video of dinnington please shops pubs etc Trevor from masbrough rotherham i enjoyed the thurcroft one they used to a pub called the double barrel at thurcroft as well dont know if it's still there though
