So I know that there is big rule that sims only marry within their race, but that was because of proximity. There were plenty of people who married out side of their race but usually ethnic groups stayed within their own groups. The city was typically the most racist parts of America. Whereas if you were out on the prairie, you married who was there. Native Americans married plenty of white people and black people married white as well. As I said, depending on where you are (historically), it doesn't matter who you marry.

I think you were doing two milestones in each category for the infants but I can't remember exactly. That's how I did it and it's how Dr. Gluon was doing it as well.

There is something you may consider to give your Sims a bit more personality (which I know you like to do). Each time they age up, use a random number generator to give them a favorite color, style of music, and activity, or any of the other preferences. This helps fill them out a little bit better and i think its fun. Its easy to do when you go in to give their makeovers.

Nominations are random but I will say that because you didn't ever have the event the first time, that Neoma might still win an award at the next Starlight Accolades because the show never happened in the game's eyes. Every time I've gotten nominated and then gone, it clears the way for another nomination so maybe you just need to go to the next awards and stay through the ceremony and let it reset.

I would try to enact the Support the Performing Arts NAP on the mailbox because it will boost Neoma's pay by a lot. Also if you continue up the fame branch that has Noticeable at the bottom, the top perk for that branch give double pay on all gigs.

I'm glad you decided on adoption. I think Neoma is far too busy to care for another child properly. And at least you know where the child is in case something happens to Jupiter Rain.

Eh I think since you took the time to make the room and look up baby names, you should keep the baby. You explained it so well that Neoma had such a horrible reaction the first time but now that she has experienced being a mother she’s open to it this time around. It would have been different if she put Jupiter Rain for adoption since she was not ready at all.

I thought of something that could add to Neoma's money situation without cheating. I know you hate the NAPs but I was recently playing the actor career and moved into a neighborhood where the "Support the Performing Arts" NAP was enacted and my sim was bringing home significantly more in pay than she was supposed to. She was top of the career so if the gig brought in 10k, she would take home 12k.

I think that Charles should not go to school. My great grandfather left school at 12 to work on the railroad, and child labor was very common back then.

It might break the immersion a bit but you can have the teens drop out of school on a computer. It cane be done between episodes in you want to do it that way.

The fame DOES have something to do with her aspiration. For the last level you need to reach five-star status in order to place a tile on the walk of fame. You only get the tile if you're a global superstar (5-star). For fame in general, you need to be constantly working on it. I would take Neoma out to clubs and have her play for tips because that increases fame by a ton and you don't have to be good at the instrument to do it. Just rock up to a bar or lounge and use their equipment. She might even make a few bucks as well.

Those herbal remedies are from one of the NAPs. The Self-Sufficiency one, I believe.

If you hover over the gig's info in your sim's career panel, it'll tell you about the gig you're working on. Also you can change acting agencies now that you're above level 5 in the career which should boost your pay.

There are fireworks in Del Sol Valley but you can't really see them from your neighborhood. If you were in the Pinnacles, you'd see them. For the fame perks, there is one that will give you double your pay at any gig once you're a 5 star celeb. My Super Sim brings home 12k every day from her career.

You have to wait until a sim is an elder to designate it as a keepsake box, then the things you place in your inventory can go in the box. Not big items can go. So when Erik is an elder, try to pop back in that house hold to make him designate it as the keepsake box and gift it to Neoma 😊 that way you don’t have to wait forever to be able to use it. You can’t put anything in there until it is designated as the keepsake box

You can easly increase his enterpunere skill by selling fron the baking table or thise other tables. Also i think reath will be the perfect stay at home dad😂.

For the research emotion, you can click on Neoma and you'll see a button that says research flirty emotion. It will put her in that emotional state so it's easier to work on the tasks. You should have Neoma go out and busk with the guitar because that earns tips and fame at the same time. If you do it at the Up and Coming Hotspots like Orchid A-Go-Go, it earns bonus fame, I think. Performing routines in public places will boost fame too.

I just think fame takes a long time and the acting career doesn't seem to have affect on it. If she were to act for tips at a populated lounge or in the city, it should help. Also, social media should help. As for her bf's job, the entrepreneur skill is easy. You can just sell stuff like photographs or you may have to sell on a sales table. You may look it up but I max it out all the time by accident. Point being: I don't think the odd jobs are the best way to get it.
