You have to wait until a sim is an elder to designate it as a keepsake box, then the things you place in your inventory can go in the box. Not big items can go. So when Erik is an elder, try to pop back in that house hold to make him designate it as the keepsake box and gift it to Neoma 😊 that way you don’t have to wait forever to be able to use it. You can’t put anything in there until it is designated as the keepsake box
