Thank you! I loved rebels and the original comic when it first came out so while I enjoyed bad batch I didn’t like that it kinda replaced the comic. This is a great way of making it work!

Correction: Skor Kalpana did not serve after Kirames Kaj. When the book said Skor served before Finis, I believe it just meant literally that Skor's term was before Finis', but not DIRECTLY before Finis. Finis Valorum was elected after Kirames, and then served two terms (well almost two terms anyway, because of the No Confidence vote). So it went Skor -> Kirames -> Finis. Oversight on my part, my bad!

Dooku Jedi lost is one of my favorite novels. It showed me a different side of dooku with his actual master Lene Kostana, learning of his heritage and his eventual battle with his brother.

I think its like this; one species, the dathomirians came from Peridea and the exiled zabraks came from Iridonia. They mixed and the result is that the females are born hornless resembling the nightsisters and the males look like zabraks. Their matriarchal customs and beliefs come from their society on Peridea.

Thanks for this! I love informational videos like this. I read Free Fall by Alex Segura. It's intended for young adults (teenage audiences). I wish there would have been more details and made him a bit older so that we could truly see the ins and outs of the Spice Runners since they are basically the cartel of the galaxy. Still a great story and, in my opinion, a great character. I know 7, 8, and 9 are not well liked but the characters themselves all have reasons for being in The Resistance and that's good enough for me because I love character development .

Didn't the empire hunt the Mon Calamari people once or was the Ithorians. Either way, Palpatine and his cronies , Mas Amedda and Sly Moore, did the ghorman Massacre to instil fear into the hearts of the galaxy.

The abandonment of Kenari is explained as an "Imperial mining disaster", though the flashbacks appear during the Republic era. Maybe a continuity error?

The Dathomirian females should’ve just been Human-Zabrak hybrids. Most Nightsisters are Dark Siders so pale skin would make sense. But the sexual dimorphism between them if they were all pure Zabrak doesn’t make sense. This makes less sense when you take into account Morgen Elsbeth who’s listed as Human but was a Nightsister. My head canon is all Nightsisters are Human-Zabrak hybrids, but not all Dathomirians are from the Nightsister/Nightbrother Clan.

Interesting how in that lore dukes were below the count since IRL it's usually the reverse, at least in the French system. Marquis were roughly on par with dukes and were held in high regard since "marches" as marquis' fiefdoms were called, were territories bordering other countries and marquis were on the frontline in case of war. Below dukes and marquis were the counts, then viscounts, then barons (lower nobility) then knights (even lower nobility). Lower nobility sometimes could gain favours by marrying a girl to someone higher in standing, as much as it meant she joined that guy's family. Granted, there came a time where titles could be bought from the king, and in the XVI century in France there were nobles "of robe" who bought their way in and the old hereditary nobility or nobles "of sword" who either got a title in exchange of military service/exploits or cause they inherited it from someone who once got the title in exchange of military service/exploits. Btw today you can buy titles but they won't mean much unless you have some pre existing business power/social influence and actually communicate "hey guys I'm count of XYZ" and then hopefully you extend your social circle and become even wealthier than you were before.
