Thank you for a great video, I recently had my 03' 6.0 350 bullet proofed, been running great...but after a trip to Cali and had to use Bio diesel all good and then boom, a knocking and smoking, It has been about 500 miles of changing fuel filter, new diesel fuel (2) tanks and cleaners, running better, here is what I have found out, #6 injector is stuck open, smoking at idle, scope shows it performs perfect at 1800 rpm and runs great. Will this issue with the stuck open injector ever reset to normal? Thank you in advance for your response.

On those exhaust hangers i drilled holes in them and put in kotter pins.... more work than the hose clamp, but worked for me. Good job, looks nice. Im curious where you're at even though i hope to not need this kind of work again for a good while.

Love your video. You do such an amazing job, very clean and calm. I have a 2008 Ford f450 crew cab with a manual transmission. It has 161500 miles. I'm not sure but I think my oil cooler is leaking. After watching your video I'm thinking of tackling this project myself. Should I bother or get rid of the truck and fine a truck with a 6.0L.? The truck is in amazing shape just worried that something else will go wrong. these trucks don't have a good reputation. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Good info here but I can not continue to watch because you say “aaaaa” or “ummmmm” literally every 2 seconds.

The stock fuel system is infuriating. I cant pump diesel in either tank without fuel burping back out and getting everywhere. My switch wont switch, my valve wont valve, my filler necks wont fill. And top it all off i got stuck on the tank that doesnt read fuel level 😂😂😂 fml

For these types of jobs I HIGHLY recommend a motor mount engine stand adapter for 6.0, 6.4, 6.7, way better than using a hoist

One of the best educated channels for 6.0s so far . I still have a lot to learn . Awesome 2025 with Gods peace for all of us .

Hi bro, your video is very good. I want to ask a question. My 2006 Ford F350, 6.0L diesel. The engine cylinder head cover is 20mm, but I want to know if it is better to install the 2 18mm cylinder heads and if by making the changes I will have a better result. Thank you. I await your response.

glow plug relay most likely If the glow plugs have been replaced in the past seven or eight years simple to test with test light if that works new glow plugs if that doesnt work maybe at least one or two dead injectors or everyone never talks about the low pressure oil pump tolerances get worn out and it takes a long crank to get oil up to the high pressure pump .......but this truck is more than a long crank lmao

Great video! One comment you made was the heads that you are putting on are better than Kill Devil and mention you were taking them to Randy to get O-ringed. Are they Ford factory with Randy's upgrades? Can you talk about this a little more. First video I've seen of yours and appreciate your attention to detail. I would also love to see a video on difference between KC Stage 1 and 2 Jetfire and pairing of injectors for pulling etc. Or if you can answer that question for me. Thank you!

My trucks a FN Toreador red paint code. It’s been repainted with FN Paint code paint and poly clear coat. It’s crazy seeing the difference in the color of that truck and mine. But Toreador red prolly one of my fav colors for sure.
