Is that a 1in 132in blade? If so did you have trouble putting the blade in with the red base plate? I bought a 1in blade for my Harvey 615 and the blade would rub on the baseplate. The blade I got from Laguna ended up having a bad weld in it so it was junk and and ended up getting a 1/2 6TPI instead and I haven’t had any problems with that one and the blade the saw came with. Just wanted to know if you had trouble putting in that 1inch blade Caues I could get it to work for some reason, even tho the manual says it can except a 1in blade. Thanks

Love Harvey products - how do I win one?

I installed mine on my sawstop 3hp ICS after making some adjustments it works just fine Harvey used to make one for sawstop but I believe sawstop makes their own now. I got mine at discount couple hundred dollars less than the sawstop one plus the Harvey has the micro adjustment and a hold down i don't believe sawstop does.

I’m curious. Can the router table be put on the left side of saw by way of removing the extension wing? I realize it is wider than the wing. My shop configuration requires it on that end as the right side is against the wall. I thought of just turning it around on right however the rounded corners and think it would be awkward if you cannot stand in front of it. Pulling the trigger on new 2 HP with Nickel plate and Big Eye this week. Can’t wait! Thanks

could you have put it closer to the table saw by swapping it with the smaller wing extension?

With the big eye fence does it make it more difficult to instLL an Outfeed table? As I understand the Big Eye rear part of fence hooks onto the back rail. I suppose an outfeed table doesn’t have to attach to the rail necessarily but most seem to but up to it. Question: I want to make a tenoning jig for my Alpha Tablesaw (older fence). The design I was planning might be difficult with this fence without removing the hardware for the aluminum extrusion (so the jig slides along the fence). Do you guys have any recommendations or ideas for a tenoning jig that uses either the rip fence or (as suggested here) the crosscut fence? Maybe a video or something you could refer me to? Thx.

Dude please use a feather board. Even if you feel it’s more accurate to guide with your fingers. No amount of accuracy is worth your fingers

Great video. Have the Ambassador and love it. I do wish I had the wider fence for resawing so my order that. Harvey tools are fantastic and a great choice as they’re equally to or better than their counterparts and usually more affordable.

I need your help! How on earth do you use a router table as a jointer? I decided just to field the question direct to you. I am in the market (sort of) for a jointer. I need a router table but I work in a wheelchair so I have challenge. I am a HUGE fan of Harvey Tools & Bridge City. Help me out and explain the router table /jointer function. BTW…. Did you check out the new Spider caster roll around. I have a tester on my Harvey Band saw. Yes it’s expensive but worth every penny for the Top of the line. Thank You VERY much! In 6th grade I cut my woodshop teachers thumb off with a router haven't touched once since and I worked doing hardwood floors for 15 years... I was making one of those pen holders and he was holding the piece of wood with me and there was a knot in the wood it kicked back his hand went in. Very traumatizing event for a 11 yr old

The RF-36 fence is the champion of this set up. With its solid construction and precision machined adjustments. Pair it with Harvey’s router table it is a winning combo.

Routers are such awesome tools to use, by the same token you need to be very aware of what you are doing and how, if not careful they will chew your fingers or hand, love routers you can do so many things with them

Hi. I saw your video regarding ST 1500 install. I am having some trouble. The tables are installed properly but for some reason the miter gauge arm close to the blade keeps hitting the saw table. I am unable to get it to slide over the table saw table. My install is standard on PCS Sawstop. Do you have any suggestions? Harvey sent me over to you for help. Thank you in advance

How easy would it be to enclose the stand and turn it into a cabinet with storage/drawers? I see the stand has t slots, but how would you add side panels?

They don't offer tin coating for the router table, I haven't seen one??
