Harvey’s customer service is fantastic as well as the service you receive from the warehouse crew if you do local pick up. I’ve had the pleasure of working with most of the team, but I want to highlight the excellent service I have received from Gabe. He really takes pride in the service he provides to make sure you get treated correctly and I can’t recommend them enough. Harvey product line has the best value in the industry!
Had a misstep in an order(started with me), got the gentleman on the phone promptly, got it resolved promptly, and got my other two blades promptly. Not my experience with every company. Hopefully it won’t be needed but in the future, when I have my dream equipment, I know I’ll be in good hands. I’ve heard great things from other people in different FB forums
I have not been happy with my C17 bandsaw and new bigeye 3hp table saw. I have been hung up on and not called back. Once i noticed it was closing time. 6:266:30
