This looks pretty damn good. Are the soft luggage racks compatible with the Triumph luggage rack? When I bring a pillion I would still like the use of a luggage rack so I think I'd still get the optional Triumph rack. Are you looking at developing a fork with longer travel than 150mm or do you not think it's needed?

Great video, but are you sure it's Loctite 428 at 13:00? Loctite 428 is "a colourless to straw-coloured, low viscosity, general purpose ethyl cyanoacrylate instant adhesive used for bonding plastics, rubbers and metals". I don't suppose you suggest putting instant glue in the threads? The bolt will be impossible to remove after that. Did you mean some other threadlocker?

That chain needs to be loosened up. Way too tight.

Wow, this is easy. I’ve watched others remove the rear wheel. Obviously not necessary. Love the nut welded to the spanner. I’ve done that on nuts for one of my trucks, and a tractor. Smarter, not harder!

Doing this suspension mod will effectively increase seat height due to less sag . Reckon the lady should install a lowering link of 40mm.

Very nice upgrades. Unfortunately, they seem pretty expensive for a bike at this price point. $1700 for tubeless rims $1000 for the Fork upgrade another $600 for the rear shock upgrade. If I’m going to put that much money into it, I think I’ll just get a different bike. The gold tubeless rims are beautiful.
