Wow, this is easy. I’ve watched others remove the rear wheel. Obviously not necessary. Love the nut welded to the spanner. I’ve done that on nuts for one of my trucks, and a tractor. Smarter, not harder!
Thanks for the feedback we record these at the same site we manufacture at so the noise the factory is very annoying the music is definetly covers a lot of that. Will take the volume of the background music under advisement for future vid

Hi. Can I do downheight of Scrambler 400x chanching the shock absorver? I wish do this cause I'm not tall enough. Thanks If tou could help me. How's the absorver size o need to buy? 3Greetings from Brazil. 🤝
Typically companies that develop bikes at this price bracket are able to achieve that price through cost cutting. The main area that suffers is suspension which is where aftermarket developers can step in to improve these bikes with an aftermarket shock. So in this case the OEM shock is a steel body non adjustable with sub-optimal damping. So higher end shocks like the Rally Raid one here we've developed in conjuncture with Nitron have an alloy body and a larger oil capacity for better heat dissapation as well as the compression and rebound damping adjustments you didn't have before. So yes you are going to get a smoother ride and with the lower shock you now have adjustable seat height from -20mm out of the box to -50mm once fully adjusted.

Hi Rob, if you have the Rally Raid Low shock we've just put up a quick video explaining this however, you should already have -20mm in seat height reduction after installing if you wanted to reduce the seat height to maximum possible you will need to screw in the eyelet all the way at the base of the shock to get the maximum height reduction of -50mm from OEM.

Useful video, pity about the completely unnecessary background music which makes it a struggle to hear the commentary🤦♂️

@eujcag you can buy a shock lowering collet from Rally Raid, but you also need to raise the forks in the clamps to keep the bike on an even keel
I own the scrambler and wonder why it’s necessary? This shock is going to make ride smooth or it’s just for the height adjustment?

Bro, You list a 14mm spanner in your video but you are actually using a 15mm.
Internet said 15mm and others said 14mm nuts were used. What's going on?

Do you recommend also lowering the front forks?
It is general good practice to slide the forks through to match the height reduction in the rear. This can be limited by the clamping area available.
@@rallyraidproducts1927 Thanks guys
How do you adjust riding height to 50mm lower?
