I think mono black is extremely weak until the introduction of Fallen Empires. Hymn and Order of the Ebon Hand really elevate this archetype. I know the black player is running four Nether Voids, but there are likely better ways to build this. Hypnotic Specter is an A+ creature in old school, it’s way stronger than Juggernaut and certainly much better than Relic Barrier. Speaking of Relic Barrier, it could be paired with Howling Mine to not only make Vise more effective, but would also give this deck much-needed card draw. It has zero ways to recover from both mulligans and from enemy discard. The Disc makes no sense as well, the deck runs gajillions of permanents, with zero ways to leverage the card. I also think the deck should run a set of Underground Seas, as well as Ancestral, Time Walk and Timetwister. All three cards are incredible in this build.

You definitely need a lot of work on playing The Deck. You disenchanted a black vise you were already under. You sideboarded in red blasts or are playing them main deck. You are playing lightning bolt? You don't shuffle your hand after drawing with the Tome, giving away that you drew the Mishra's. You attacked with the Mishra's without a lock, and no counterspell in hand... So much wrong...

I don't think it's the best deck but Weissman playing The Deck is the best.

Nice list, mines almost the same but no winter orb and instead of the Efreet, I play trolls . City in a bottle sucks 😂 I also play four strip mine because Swedish rules roll over to LOA

What paper type do you use to print proxies? I have a high end printer (I’m a photographer) but the papers I’ve tried are either too thin and the colors fade or the paper is too thick.

How do you play online ? I’m new to this online sorcery 😂

Love the atog deck. I play a similar version, that has sedge troll also. I only use blue for the power cards. 4 ankh and 4 black vise. once you get multiple ankhs and a tog out, it’s go time. Why throw the chaos orb instead of hovering over the djinn and dropping it? 😂

I play two ivory towers. Often you gain lots of extra turns by lifegain and can just ignore quite a lot of threats for 1.

I would play old school mtg if I could play online! I think there is a lot of room for new decks.

Can you attack with factory the turn it is summoned? i thought u had to wait a turn

Library so strong card a jayemda tome for 0 mana and can add colorless so powerfull i love the new land when you have ten permanent arch of orazca this is the new alexandria nerfed.

The Preacher only checks if it's a creature upon activation. If you choose to not untap the Preacher, you can keep control of the factory as a land.

4 time walks in one round will do that

Has anyone ever played The Deck against a Tier 2 standard deck? Even having Power available in Old School, the level of threats and answers is so powercrept nowadays.

Have you tried Candelabra of Tawnos in place of City of Brass? It would allow you to fix some mana and also untap your Library and Mazes.

Why do you not count the 7 damage of the underworld Dreams with time twister?

Dreams 1 of best MTG's kill ... so 2 turn 1 + Bolt on Lion : Amazing & Insane ! What else ? But I already did better in same way/situation - Opponent started with Hypnotic Specter on table turn 1 , my hand = Mishra's Factory , Mox Jet , Dark Ritual , Black Lotus , Mox Pearl , Underworld Dreams , Balance -> draw 2nd Underworld dreams and play all on my turn 1 = Jet+Ritual+Lotus:2 Dreams + Factory + Pearl on table , with Factory + Pearl : Balance = 0 card in hand , 0 creature and 1 land on table ... Regards

Hi . Just an advise : when we play W cards in any deck ( basic : Disenchant , Swords ... ) you must have at least 1 basic Plains in your build ( mana source ) , why ? = in your version you play only with Non-Basic lands , so an opponent starts first and put a Blood Moon on his turn 1 = You loose ! Every Competitive Main Decks must have basic land(s) in their build i think . Regards

Hello ! One of best kill OS/Vintage . At the beginning in 94 when Legends went it was restricted and i already played with ... end of 90' was unrestricted , so since i play with 4 and it still strong ... It's better to play with as a control card who can kill fast and easy . Regards
