Great video, very clear and helpful. A few minor points relating to my experience with my 2017 Rogue SL AWD Platimum Reserve. My car has a white plastic wire box attached to the left edge of the dash trim (the part behind the glove box that you flex to squeeze the blower motor assembly in and out). This will definitely get in the way, as does the presence of several metal brackets behind the plastic trim. You need to be willing to flex and squeeze the trim - the blower will eventually fit. Also, the white wiring harness male plug attached to the old motor is a pain to remove - you may need to crack the locking clip, or gently warm the plastic with a hair dryer. Thankfully, the replacement blowers all have the female receptacle on a longish lead, making it easy to plug even a cracked male plug into the replacement blower.

On mine there was also a clip on the motor that needs pulled out to turn the motor clock wise just a heads up

Thanks for saving me money also I use the plumbing wrench worked out great we have all the plumbing in our house this is to take the stem out of the wall lol

I didn’t want to take apart half of the dash but with the way you did it, yeah it was still hard but I managed to change the blower out. And I’m 5’11 with long arms so it’s hard for me to get my body between the seat and the dash and get my arm in there in the right position

2012 Nissan Quest. Just finished today. Damn the engineer that design this shit. It took me 7 hours start to finish. Most things are straight forward. The hardest part was access to the top alternator bolt. I tried a combo of swivels and wobble extensions from the top. The coolant tube and wires gets in the way. I was only able to get it with a swivel socket and 3 wobbly sockets from under at an extreme angle. Wiggling the alternating in and out sucked. Installing the top bolt was the worse. I had a buddy pry the alternator up to line up the hole and finger threaded it in. After that, everything was easy. Good luck.

I have a 2015 rogue select and the motor faces the opposite side, have to take out brake/gas pedals its such a pain in the ass. Of course the blower motor is totally stuck in place too

i can't for the life of me figure out where the vent hose that connect from the rear of the differential attaches to on the car.

Its Moore back its been a couple weeks but we did replace the alternator on our 2010 Murano it took a little while, it was a little hard to get to everything it was hot we took a lot of breaks we put a remanufactured Quest 3 yr warranty and a new belt a.good one 331$ for parts then we put new battery also, we always do our own work been working on cars trucks since the 70's but hey your video was sweet sweet it helped so much because we had just bought the Murano and was not that familiar with it your video made it so much easier thanks again much much A Moore c town.

I'm having trouble locating the top bolt for the alternator. I have the ac compressor dropped and bottom bolt off the alternator. You accessed the top bolt from standing atop the motor? And how did you disconnect the electrical terminal to the alternator and reconnect it with such tight space?
