      채소는 생으로 담죠.. 채소 데쳐서 담는 건 못봤네요, 제 경험상으로는. 절임물만 끓여서 부으면 됩니다.^^ 양을 많이 한다면 절임물 끓여서 채소에 부은 다음, 일주일 후에 절임물만 분리해서 한번 더 끓여서 부으면 돼요. 양이 적을 때는 한번만 끓여 부어도 됩니다.^^
