If that car wasn't tailgating when attempting to change lanes, the driver would've had the ability to see ahead what was in the other lane... thus, NOT changing lanes.

In Germany we remove the helmet verry carefully latest, when the person is inconcious. For that and other emergency cases every driver must visit a first aid curse before they can complete the drivers license.

you remove the Hemlet... when the Person is unconscious... he can suffocate to dead... remove the helmet because you go threat first what kills first... With the helmet on you cant head tilt do the chin lift manoeu, and without that he probably will die... also Helmet is bad to let it on if he need to puke... His Collor bones doesn't do him any good if hes dead... If the Person is Conscious you let the Helmet on! as long as he Talks to you he can breath, so you can secure the Spine. a German Paramedic.
