Very sweet home and easy access to town which is great for many, epecially seniors. Very easy to take care of, and easy to heat!

Needs A LOT of work. If you’re young and full of energy, you can basically get a dumpster and start anew. New flooring, new and/or updated kitchen cabinets.Lose the wallpaper. So yeah … a lot of potential. Honest and sober sales pitch. 👍
