Good opportunity to camp in the breeze block piece while you get busy on the renovations - huge potential for somebody with lots of energy & imagination. As long as there is a chance of making a decent house, that land is beautiful with barns & potential garage already in place. When I was 50 years younger it would have me thinking about it seriously ! At 84 no possibility ! Sad !
