I personally think this is another diamond in the rough. A bit of paint or wallpaper just to personalize it seems to be all that is needed. It has a really nice view too.
A charming house with only minor cosmetic work and a a beautiful setting. Was there an issue with the upstairs bedroom windows, as all had so many flies/bugs?

Cluster flies.come in to keep warm,No problem at all.They will soon go
