also! anti-vision questions to ask yourself: Imagine Your Worst-Case Scenario: • What would your life look like if nothing changed in the next 5 years? • What kind of job, relationships, or health situation would make you feel trapped or unhappy? identify What Drains You: • What habits, environments, or people make you feel stuck or unmotivated? • What recurring patterns in your life would you never want to repeat? Ask Yourself These Questions: • What does the life I don’t want look like? • What kind of person do I never want to become? • What would make me feel unfulfilled, unhealthy, or out of alignment with my values?

Hey man what would be your advice for overcoming social anxiety. That’s my main goal for 2025 and I’m curious to hear your thoughts on that.
That’s an awesome goal for 2025, and I totally get how big of a step that can be! It sort of depends on the root of what’s causing the social anxiety. Ask yourself why do you want it ? Define the reason. Define the characteristics you want to get I.e. charisma. -those are skills you can learn. After you define why, there’s few things always reign true: the more you do something, the better you get. You gotta put yourself in situations- slowly get more exposure and doing bolder things. It’s a muscle that needs lifting 💪🏽. Make yourself uncomfortable on purpose. Consider a challenge like 30 days and each day u try a new social interaction, try a new tip, etc.
@ Yo bro thanks for the reply, I really appreciate that. I’ve been stuck with this problem for years, and it feels like there’s almost no way out. You’re right though, it is a muscle that needs lifting and honestly I just need to be consistent and go do these uncomfortable things. I seriously appreciate the reply man, thank you so much. 🙏
I totally get it! You will it dude. Also always remember Sonder: “Sonder is a noun that means the feeling of realizing that everyone else has a life as full and complex as your own” everyone is in their own world full of their own problems, so don’t worry too much about how they will view you etc. be sure to check in and let me know in like 90 days how your challenge is going and how you’ve been improving!

I was just curious, are you still on the nurse practitioner path?
Great question. After crunching numbers and really breaking it down financially, there wasn’t really a way for me to afford to do it. On top of that doing a lot of reflection on my anti-vision and what my dream life really was - np would’ve only been a crutch for something better, but not my dream life.
Fellow RN and Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years experience from Texas and Alaska. I am also autistic. I got bullied a lot as a new nurse for my ticks and quirks as an autistic person although my patients usually loved me and asked for me to be their nurse the next shift. I really liked helping people and felt I made a difference. However, the environment in the USA is so toxic to nurses. I too suffered burnout and depression. I had colleagues that were shot by patients and one died from a gun shot. Another patient tried to rape my colleague and when one of our other nurses who is a PRN police man took the man down because god only knows when security will get there to help. He was almost fired for protecting the female nurse and told he was supposed to just let it happen and wait for the 2 security guards to get there that were manning the entrance of a 750 bed hospital. I have been bit, punched, spit on, had a patient try to stab me, ect. I still loved my job but it was too much. I now live in Sweden and work as an RN here. The work load is way less. My only complaints are that I hate the 5 days a week 8 hour shifts because I am so tired like you that I have no energy to go to the gym, cook, clean, or hang with friends. I miss doing 4 ten hour shifts and 3 twelve hour shifts. I think they should allow flexible work scheduling if they want nurses to be happy. I know it is a scheduling nightmare but something needs to be done. My other complaint in Sweden is the salaries are enough to get by but you do have not much left to save to go back to see family if they live in the USA. The Swedish kronor is very weak compared to the dollar. I am dealing with border line burnout too but have invested so much in this career. I am trying to start my own business so I can take back control of my life. Thanks for an interesting video!

I disagree that 60 minutes are required to get the "runner's high". 20-30 minutes of slow jogging is enough to get me the hit, and I speak as someone who used to train like a demon in my younger years.

If you have to sleep somewhere inhospitable, it's ok to prepare for the worst: Mosquito nets/sprays; proper clothing; a suitable tent, etc. You can be rest assured that you'll be dead tired and would fall asleep instantly without any distractions.

Try running trails instead of sidewalks or roads. Trails are typically softer but also they make the run much more tolerable than just running through the neighbourhood.
