Wow! Great video. Where did you find that? The quality of the image is great too
The most impressive attempt I've ever seen.
Thank you
What does a complete workout with the expander look like? Can you make a video?
Doug sounds like a surgeon. It's so clinical. Very much the same bearing of a doctor.
This made me want to play Fallout while lifting
doug has chest acne thats from roids lol
It's possible he may have dabble in the 50's. But not before that...and he was already winning.
Beast

Day 1 OHP Day 2 DEADLIFT Day3 SQUAT.
He lifted the 280 lbs like it was 10 lbs 😂
Young teens lift that today🎉🎉
He was on STeriods. 😮😮 test. Was being used in the early 1940. And the comments are wrong the weight is far less than 500.
That body builder is on test😮😮 it's been around since 1940
One of the all time greats - a true legend!
Great video and insight of Doug and this time frame of lifting.
This is amazing seeing Doug in his prime 👍🏻
Amazing! Bought a chest expander a couple of months ago and love it. Was looking for more exercises to add but hard to find good material. How often do you train?
I think expander is better than resistance band
Thanks for this playlist ❤
0:03 Sounds like a tie fighter.

Crazy question does this exercise work the lats
Yes, sure
Should've led off with this one, the most basic of all the chest expander exercises
Sir... A most excellent video series. A nearly complete FULL BODY and full mobility workout program. Now all one needs to do is develop a program. I noticed videos 15, 50, and 54 were missing. Any chance of re-uploading them? Also, may I suggest finding some older Spenby, Terry, or SAF-TEE chest expanders? These are OLD SCHOOL and still work well. I get mine from ebay. Finally, thank you again for this extremely helpful video series. I may do something similar, but with serious "poundage" and slower, more controlled movement. If done correctly, standpulling can make a person immensely powerful. I wish you well, sir.
A partial flye. Nice. Question: why not continue the forward movement? Spring deformation?
A movement I have never seen before. Would you please explain what this movement is replicating or building?
arm wrestling exercise
A simple, yet necessary, addition to this tool. Hammer curls are really the very best for isolating and developing the radiobrachialis. Neutral grip curls are to be done LIGHTLY at first, prepping the connective tissues FOR MONTHS before serious effort is applied. Do the work and you can become a powerful person.
A hugely underrated movement. START WITH LIGHT/ONE strand!
Yet another unique variation. Nicely done.
LOVING the fact you are using pronated and suppinated on so many exercises, plus all the varying heights. I don't see how a complete program with a good spring chest expander doesn't work EVERY muscle in the upper body.
Another excellent adaptation/use for "chest" expanders.
A VERY unique exercise one needs to study and then employ. Fantastic employment of a strandpullng for developing the traps, rhomboids, rear deltoids, and tricep long head.
These are phenomenally helpful and your idea of just doing them ALL absent any commentary is legendary. Thank you!
