Sample Shootout, Five Reviews in One
I thought it might be easier to shoot this way, and then edit into five reviews... but editing sucks.
So here is the whole thing.

Where's the cigar?
This is by far the gayest whisky review I've ever seen!! 😁😁
Do you own a Seasonal Decorations store by chance?
Agree to disagree. LOVED the 91
Sippin on batch 25 bottle 197 a year after your review. Very pleasantly surprised with this one. I like sorghum syrup but this is way subdued and very balanced. Cheers
cool ! thanks for the video, was curious about Proof. bartender tip, ice first! 😅
Not caring about SA victims, really? As advertised on tik tok!
Have the small batch, wish I could find the high proof expressions in michigan. Small batch is very good 👍 Cheers 🥃
It’s all about the hunt. I have 2 bottles ORVW 10 hunting for the 20 year now. 10 can go retail for $150 20 can go for $500 if your Lucky.
Do you enjoy making comments to females online about their husbands
what happened? We haven't seen you on over. year?
Merced is pronounced “Myre-said” like the city Merced in California
Dude yapped about his own company more than what he came for which is fact checking. You're also going hard on Good Times for no reason. Why dont you ask them instead of slandering them online? Thats some beta male shit lol. I mean it makes sense, listen to your voice. Go there. You can go there and fill your own bottle. Call them out and ask questions instead of of sitting in your moms basement complaining on your 2k subscriber channel lol
I really don't think the guys you're talking about have malicious intent
I bought this bottle and was not a fan of it. It says organic but tastes like theres added vanilla.
Just saw one for 2800 dollars
If you want to try some of the local farm grain to glass distilleries, check out Rockfilter and Far North in Minnesota. They both were farmers who decided to get into whiskey making. They do the whole process on their farm. Far North is even doing some single varietal rye right now where they take 1 acre/plot and plant a unique variety of rye to distill and compare to others they have done to showcase how different things could be. If you want to try single malt's, Glen Fargo from Proof distilling in Fargo, ND is really good and uses ND barley.
Just found a bottle this week, 2 years later.
Love my bottle Mine gave me a maple apple doughnut and the palette gave me a spearmint dance for days. Can’t wait to find my back up/ next bottle.
thank you. This was very helpful
Strong pour good times
Yep, I didn't like Pinhook either.
what brands do you use? my bottles break often
I always put 💧 drops on 'em? But that won't improve iffy whiskey to begin with 😮
@0:47 no diddy
Bro where did you go? Haven’t seen a post from you in over a year. Miss your videos. Your format has always been one of my favorites. You ever coming back to whiskey tube??
What if you're in mex and dont have no vac sealer i guess pack the shit out of it with shipping protection 😅
Im from Wisconsin, I live about 100 miles from the distillery. I watched your review of the regular henry and it got me curious i went out and bought the regular henry and cask strength and I'm in love it's officially my forever bourbon and I have cognac finished coming in the mail soon thanks for showing me the light oh it's so glorious!
Makes me glad I live in Wisconsin said noone ever lol
For the same price i can get 4 roses single barrel or small batch Select, WT rare breed, Eagle Rare or 1792 full proof, those are Guaranteed winners for me 👍😉 Cheers 🥃
I just got one as a gift and I LOVE IT❤
How did you get past opening it I couldn't I bought the 18 caramel is what you get if your taste buds are fucked up like mine it still is like no other alcohol smooth
5k dollars omfg it's my dream 😊
Pencil eraser and crayons. Dude is having a childhood flash back lol
The beer it reminded me of is a Hefeweizen….has similar banana notes for me.
Old Rip 10yr is wonderful. I was lucky enough to find it in a restaurant here in Kentucky and I got a pour of it and I just loved it. I have a bottle of Weller 107 at home. And I really enjoy it too. I do think the old rip Vanwinkle 10 year is a better bourbon. In my area, I can get the Weller 107 for anywhere between 130 and 150 a bottle. So I keep a bottle of Weller 107 at all times. I would love to have a bottle of Old Rip Vanwinkle 10 year but I’m not paying $700 plus for a bottle of it.
Nice!
If I was drinking it neat or even over an ice cube this wouldn't be my favorite, but I like old fashions most of the time and when I do this is perfect because of the proof & the price! 🥃Cheers!
What about the standard Joseph Magnus?
I didnt care for it but the cigar is usually good but not as good as when it first came out
That's a double blacktooth. (Pantera's guitarist Dimebag Darrel drank a lot of this stuff in the 90's.)
A wee bit over the top. Seemed like you had your mind made up prior to even uncorking it.
I'm going to be getting some essential oils shipped to me soon
Regarding the significance of the casks being seasoned in Jerez, Spain... The Macallan have "6 pillars" upon which they are founded - these pillars justify The Macallan's reputation (and price tag) - and two of them are: 1. exceptional oak casks which are the single greatest contribution to the flavours and aromas, take years to create and 2. sherry seasoning in the heart of the 'sherry triangle' (where the wine is produced). It's about an uncompromising commitment to quality. Macallan own a share in their sherry cask supplier because they don't actually produce enough sherry anymore to cope with the current demand for sherry casks! Literally can't give the sherry away! Most other distilleries don't (and can't) have anything like the kind of quality and supply chain control that The Macallan does. Great video, thanks!
That peat origin story sounds pretty similar to my whisky origin story... I was tossed right into the deep end when my stepmother poured me some Laphroaig 10 as my intro to malt whisky. I certainly didn't hate it, but I also didn't love it... but it stuck with me. It was weird and different and fascinating. I kept wanting to go back to it, over and over until I understood it. By the time I did understand it I was fully bitten by the Scotch bug and, after some time, every other whisk(e)y category and most other spirits to boot.
Bro you still around?
Just got this today from my local store for $159. Looks like it's been there a while. Great review, I'm excited to try it! 🥃
Good to know that you really, really like both-- I'm on the side of C. S. too, however, the Maker's folks in charge of various staves and what- not, give us bourbon lovers interesting choices, don't they? I'm hoping my French oaked btl. will open up---Cheers 🥂 from ETn Smoky Mtns area
Have a 2020 j Henry anniversary. Half empty. Interested
hey @bourbonsanta.. I produce the Ethan's Sorghum Whiskey. Would you like to review the whiskey?
Saw one in total wine but didn’t know it was sorghum whiskey until next day and it was sold when I stop by a couple days later 😢
