I made this for a friend who had originally built this concept a few years ago based on some files that had leaked from a now ancient version of HL3. While I'm still quite uncomfortable opening up commissions publicly, I do still make things for friends if they want.

Where you make this animations?
The ‘control’ problem is probably solved by the AI. It can get instructions like “make a wall” and it will follow it. All panels can get instructions in masses so they can operate at once.

They aren't possible, they work with 1 volt which wouldn't be really possible with them.

If you have time to do so, please make a vid on if atlas and pbody are possible. You should look into the robot repair minigame from the lab, since it contains info on how it works. (A few of them that i'll say are: Linear actuators, stewart platforms and a lot of info on the internal workings said by the narrator guy)
