He is the most amazing talent on the globe. everything he does is in its own category none are the same- he speaks and sings in multiple languages, plays multiple instruments, sings in i think 8 octaves- and has a family background of musical talent. He also composes some of his own music, he is also very humble, kind, and says he would be nothing without his dears (fans) I'm sure others can fill in better details.. welcome to the world of dimash you'll never go back or be disappointed- i discovered him in 2027 on I an singer contestant show.

No record label to promote this band for about 30 years, and no radio play, so it's not at all unusual that you don't know them. The lead singer, Steve Hogarth, is quite the live performer, and sings much more powerfully when onstage, and if you look further into the band, always, always, always opt for a live performance. Is it "modern music"? Well, this fine song was released in 1991, and that is now 34 years ago. Hogarth has made a lot of female fans, pretty much now all grannies, swoon, which is why there are so many dreamy close-ups of him in this video. It is really a bit of a shock right now, but he's decided to stop coloring his hair, but not cut it, so it is half grown out and pure white from about ear level up to his scalp, and still dark black down by his neck and shoulders. "Dry Land" is a bit poppy for Marillion. The main reason they split from record labels is that labels always demanded radio hits, and Marillion wouldn't accept limits on their creativity, and it was never a good businsss partnership. To get a better understanding of the progressive rock tendencies of Marillion, I offer you the epic "Ocean Cloud", performed live. It is the story of Don Allum, a solo ocean rower, who stroked himself and his rowboat across the Atlantic Ocean, then back home again. Twice. I just had the thought it is lyrically the opposite of "Dry Land". An odd choice for material for a song, but it works amazing well, almost perfectly. Huhuu, I'm a few years older than you and have been "falling for" her for several years now and have heard and seen her live countless times. There was once a video on YT where two musicians took the trouble to classify their LP and their last two albums into a genre. In the end they came up with over 20 genres and in the summary they agreed that Billie is actually their own genre. Actually, it's best to listen to the entire album because it "tells" the story of her last relationship and as she said in an interview, it's like her diary. That's why there was no single released before the album was released. She has 9 Grammys to date, being the only singer to ever win all 4 major Grammys in one year and this year she is nominated for 7 again. then she has 2 Oscars, making her the youngest artist to win two Oscars. umpteen awards. 2 times Apple Singer of the Year. Birds of a Feader is the most streamed song of 2024 on Spotify. And yes, I agree with you, the text is dark and scary, but it still fits in with Toxic Relationships. That's what she wanted to express.😅 As already mentioned here, I would also recommend the studio versions from Apple and especially THE GREATEST live with Stephen Colbert. so so good. I have to apologize, my written English isn't that good because I'm from Germany.🙈😅

I don't need to repeat information already provided so i'll add something new. The name is a shortening of the JRR Tolkien novel 'The Silmarillion' and has existed in one form or another since 1979 when they were formed in the English market town of Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire. This is not (technically) a Marillion song, as it was written by Steve Hogarth and Colin Woore (How We Live) and was introduced to the band when Steve joined the band in 1989. The music video is filmed in Iceland, and the scene where Steve is filmed standing on a rocky promontory overlooking a waterfall, is reproduced in in the opening scenes of the Ridley Scott's first Alien-prequel 'Prometheus'. Marillion released it's 20th album last year entitled 'An Hour Before it's Dark', and if you are interested, you can watch the three singles released from the album 'Be Hard on Yoursel', 'Murder Machines' and 'Re-Program the Gene'. You have been one of the few I really like to watch the reactions of. Old school, new shool and what happens today. Kill the king. Freedom from reform and what happens when we aren't sure how to handle what is happening and the only way we feel we can control it is being done. Amygdella is his story with fighting depression and his accident that he couldn't tell anyone about because he wouldn't have been part of BTS. I can’t believe nobody explained Winter Ahead. The MV is based on the Greek mythology of Pygmalion. Pygmalion was a sculptor who sculpted his vision of the perfect woman. She comes to life and he marries her, but there are twists and turns as there always is in mythology. In the MV, he’s carving the woman, he thinks, until in the end he realizes he has carved himself. The most interesting part to me is how planned out this MV was. It was filmed around 3 years ago (from current time) except for the more mature looking V at the end. That look is from fall 2023, a couple of months before he enlisted for his mandatory military service. Of course, it wasn’t released until December 2024. I can’t imagine being that patient, but it’s part of what can make truly great art. Borahae💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

Thanks for giving one of the best bands ever a shot! They've been at it for over 40 years and are still going strong with the same lineup you see in this video from 1991. They've just been re-releasing their old videos recently with some higher definition to TH-cam. They pioneered crowd-funding for bands back in the late 90s, and they still do all of their albums that way. Marillion can't be tied down to any particular genre, although they were categorized as one of the first "Neo-Prog" bands back in the 80s. They had one big hit in 1985 with "Kayleigh" you should check out with their first singer named Fish. Their current singer you see in this video who joined in 1989 is Steve Hogarth. All of their albums are different. They cover a lot of musical ground and never repeat themselves. Its a very deep dive if you're ready for it.

Nice insights! You're right that most high school bands don't stay together, but I think these guys are different. They've got a tremendous support system between their parents, the Cold Front, reactors like yourself, and just amazing local talent in Kelowna for videographers and recording engineers. They're friends beyond just being bandmates, and they're putting in the work to master their instruments and create great music. ❄

Hey Seth! Glad to see you return to Freeze The Fall! When this was released to Spotify, FTF tagged Smashing Pumpkins, and the Pumpkins shared it to their Instagram story.

Shortly after their debut single Glitch was released 604 Records reached out and eventually inked a distribution/promotion only deal allowing FTF to keep full creative control and this was done after they signed and their new single VHS from their new project shows how fan support can now be the new way we get music we want to hear and not industry garbage. These guys are best of friends and part of their practice is watching horror movies so VHS is horror movie based so a little gore warning.

In one of his interviews, he said if you think of him as a tree with thousands of branches. The different fruit on each of those branches ​represents​ ​its own ​persona. You can have 1-7 biases in BTS ( maybe 8 - if you count Agust D - But Suga has said more than once, that there is no difference to him between Agust D and Suga and Min Yoongi, to him they are all one, him. ;D) There is lots of us are "OT7" one true seven meaning we have seven equal biases in BTS.
