அழகான உரையாடல்.... நன்றி கார்த்திக் அண்ணா. சுவாமி எனது 7நாள் வகுப்பு ஆசிரியர் என்பதும் என் குருவை அனுபவபூர்வமாக உணர வழிவகுத்தவர் என்பதாலும் எனக்கு கூடுதல் மகிழ்ச்சி. எப்போதும் திறந்த நிலையில் இருக்கும் "சத்குருவின் அழகான கருவி" அவர். வகுப்பில் சாது போல அமைதியாகவும் விளையாட்டின் போது குழந்தை போல குதூகலமாகவும் அவரிடம் கண்ட 180டிகிரி மாற்றம், எனக்கு மட்டுமல்ல வகுப்பில் இருந்த பெரும்பாலானோருக்கு பிரமிப்பைத் தந்தது. ஈஷாவுடனான ஆரம்ப காலத்தில் நான் மிகவும் விளையாட்டுத்தனமாக இருந்தபோது ஒரு குருவை எப்படிப் பார்க்க வேண்டும், ஆன்மீகப் பாதையை எப்படி அணுக வேண்டும் என்று தண்மையாக வழிகாட்டியது சுவாமிதான். மிக மிக மெதுவான என் உள்ளொளிப் பயணத்தின் வளர்ச்சியின் (அப்படி ஏதும் இருந்தால்🤪) பெரும் பங்கு சுவாமியையே சாரும். பாதம் பணிகிறேன்🙇🏻‍♀🙏 புழல் சிறையில் நடந்த உயிர் நோக்கம் யோக வகுப்பில் தன்னார்வ தொண்டு செய்தது மறக்க முடியாத அரிய வாய்ப்பு. வகுப்பில் விளக்கு ஏற்றியதை பார்த்து வயதான ஆயுள் கைதி அம்மா ஒருவர், எட்டு வருடங்களாக கோயிலுக்கு செல்லவில்லை. இங்கே கோவிலை கொண்டு வந்து விட்டீர்கள்.என் குறை தீர்ந்தது என்று சொல்லி கண்ணீர் விட்டது மறக்க முடியாத அனுபவம்.

I also got the opportunity to volunteer for 2 session of Upa Yoga in a Prison class, a totally different experience than any other class that I have volunteered for outside. Must thank Swami for ensuring that classes are happening regularly, without any lag. Sadhguru's mother heart is out there for every life ❤🙏

தன்னுடைய அடையாளத்தை இழந்து கொண்டிருக்கிறோம் என்பதை கூட தெரியாத அப்பாவிகள் இவர்கள்.

சத்குரு என்று இவர் நம்பும் ஒரு மனநிலை இவருக்கு இருக்கும் வரை இதைத் தவிர வேற எதையும் பேச தெரியாது. தன் உண்மை நிலையை உணரும்போது இவர் வேறு மாதிரி பேசுவார். இதுதான் சத்தியம் இதுதான் உண்மை. எந்த கமெண்டும் என் கருத்தை புறக்கணிக்க முடியாது.

As anna told sw is definitely chella pillai of TN, I have always seen sw being joyful and keeps ppl around joyful with his wit and wisdom, I get inspired by his ability to engage with any kind of person very easily, Spreading love and laughter and not just teaching isha yoga, but living isha yoga!

தமிழகத்திற்கு ஈஷா கிடைத்தது தமிழகம் செய்த புண்ணியம்.

1995 ல் திருச்சி மத்திய சிறைச்சாலையில் ஆயுள் தண்டனை கைதிகளுக்கு வகுப்பு நடந்தது. நான் volunteer ஆக கலந்து கொண்டேன். அதில் ஒரு கைதி( ஆயுள் தண்டனை) வகுப்பு முடிந்து (Master Degree முடித்தவர் ) தன் அனுபவங்களை பகிர்ந்து கொண்டார். அவர்" ஒரேயொரு நொடி. என்ன செய்வது என்று தெரியாமல் கொலை செய்து விட்டேன். இந்த ஈஷா யோகாவில் மட்டும் கலந்து கொண்டு இருந்தால் இது போல் நடந்து கொண்டு இருக்க மாட்டேன். "என்று கூறி கண் கலங்க அன்று வாலண்டியர்ஸ் அனைவரும் கண்கலங்கி விட்டோம்.🙏🏻
