Hi Everyone and welcome to my channel.
I'm Aileen, often referred to as Cha Ai (Tita Ai /Auntie Ai) by my nephews and nieces, hence the channel name.
I'm a wife and a working mum, and I find cooking and baking therapeutic. So this is what I usually do when I'm at home after a week of busy office work.
I love to travel and try out different cuisines, and do my best to recreate the food and memories I brought along home with me.
I started this vlog as an online recipe cookbook for my son who is currently leaving away from home for university study, and sort of put my stamp on every dish he cooks, keeping me with him in every meal. And for my nephews and nieces who also have started cooking--to pass the recipes that I, my brother and sisters have learnt from my Lola, Lolo, Papa & Mama.
I personally am not a big eater, but I find joy and content in knowing my family, relatives and friends enjoy my cooking and baked treats.
I hope you too,will enjoy and learn from my channel!
