Ahhhh I just got glider discs when I could have just done towels ??? Now I don't know if I should put towels on the discs to protect them from dirt and such

These exercises are not for the beginners! I like the exercises themselves, I just don't like the way you organized them. I prefer to finish each exercises for both sides right away, your presentation makes people confusing. Anyway, thank you for them and your energy.

Literally none of these are plyometric movements.
Tate Weldon . Look up the definition of "plyometric". Your probably thinking they aren't because shes not using a plyo box.
Plyometric movements involve a rapid shift between stretch and contraction of a muscle. This is typically achieved with a jump, but not always. The movements in this video are done slowly for extended periods of time, and while this type of training has merit, mostly for conditioning, it will NOT increase explosiveness, speed, or RFD. You'll notice that she always pauses at the bottom of the movement. This is in total opposition to true plyometric training, where one would attempt to get back off the ground as soon as possible. It's very common for people to use the term plyometric for anything involving jumping, but that's far too general a definition.

Not True Polymetric Exercises but still good Jump Exercises that are good for endurance, cardio, and class like settings so regardless its a good look. Look into plyometrics a little closer so you can get what people are saying below. No hate but a lot of people classify plyos incorrectly.
Good base. I think the throwing and receiving the ball exercise could be replaced with a lot of better things. Subbed anyways, more top ## exercises like your plyo/glider videoes would be good

Not to nit pick here but I fail to see how jogging, sprinting, high knees, jump ropes, jumping jacks can be tagged as plyo exercises. they're cardio exercises and i feel it is misleading to call them plyo exercs. otherwise a good video. i'm adding from this list most of the exercises to my workout and am grateful to u for those.
I think jumping is not a right thing to do during pregnancy !! i made the same exercise with movement not jumping... rest of exercises are good and difference than i used to do and see before
+Marwa Elrayes Glad you liked the workout sans jumping! I felt comfortable doing some higher impact workouts, but it's not for everyone. You do what your body can do during pregnancy!
