Kristen, Your handspun is absolutely gorgeous. I for the most part share your color pallette, and honestly almost any shade of green makes my heart sing. Beautiful projects, and just curious, when you were in Germany during the Christmas season you have had a circular Moose carousel that if memory serves me correctly was made out of wood. Do you know what I am talking about, and if so where did you get it. I look forward to seeing it, because again like you I love Moose.

Every 3 days or even weekly vlogs sound great! It is only the first week and I am already behind....I hate to feel like I'm letting the content creators down by not watching but work and family are a huge part of my day. I had almost 4 hours worth of vlogmas videos yesterday!

Shane’s Traveler looks so good! I love that color. I recently finished knitting this pattern in the crewneck and think I’ve worn it every day since. I can’t wait for the release of the grid gambit. The bandana style is my favorite to wear. I started spinning my CC for it while watching.

Hi Kristin. I was happy to see another video from you. I don’t feel like you need to explain your schedule/choices to me as a subscriber. I mean, this content is free so I’m just grateful to you and other podcasters for providing this opportunity to connect with knitters around the world via TH-cam. So, whatever you want to share makes me happy. I do love to hear about yarn/knitting travel, yarn stores and festivals and the sharing of purchases that knitters have decided to make. I’m always interested in yarn choices for specific patterns….why did you pick the yarn that you did for the project? I’ve been watching you since the beginning and enjoy your content.

I find queuing up projects to be very satisfying. It helps me remember why I bought specific yarns, and even if I change to something else down the road I at least know what I had in mind. I’m a visual person and just seeing all the things on screen is motivating. Great video.

It’s always nice to see a new DoSoKnits episode on TH-cam, Kristen. Monthly updates are great, and project/test knit vlogs appeal to me. I love using the stash functions in Ravelry for all of the reasons you’ve mentioned. I am always dreaming about my next projects and having the yarn already in Ravelry helps me to easily search and see what others have made from a particular ball of yarn. I recently started weighing my leftovers so that I can better track usage and kind it very satisfying.

I love the monthly podcast with other videos idea--it can be so hard to have "content", especially if you're focused on one or two things at a time. The pressure is so real. Selfishly, you know I'd love to see a test knit vlog. Ha ha! Also, I've been eyeing my copy of Knits About Winter and am seriously considering casting on the Eastwind jacket after seeing yours. :)

Happy to see you back after a much deserved break! I watched another flock haul video and that they purchased the Manor collection too and it looked so good. I was so happy to be able to find it and order the sport base from the Modern Skein, I got the light brown Aberdeenshire to make a Traveler Crew. It's soo soft and squishy!
