Hola Peter, 1-I sure did not, since the follow did not worked every time I tried, and I wanted to have a baseline comparation with the previous experience, plus frustration, I did not, as you correctly point out and as a title in the video says I did not. 2- The point was to make an apples to apples comparation with the previous experience, since then I did not had the ski mode, I wanted to try the same mode as before, with no success, hence I switched to ski mode and did not changed my clothes. On the other comments you point out, it reads about right, I need to see a few more tutorials and play with it, also adjust to fly in high settings when other humans are present, regarding spreading misinformation, it is your take, mine is that I am being fully transparent on what im doing, also never claimed to be an expert, since video one of the X1 I made, I CLEARLY STATE IT IS MY FIRST DRONE, so I have never presented my self as a drone guru or an avid pilot, au contraire, I clearly present my self as a NEWBIE, just sharing my experience, so any one watching can relate if they are new to owning a drone and maybe thinking to get an X1 Pro, and maybe avoid my mistakes. Hey I just replied to you comment on the newer video. Don't be a drone police, I do agree now, after the fact, that I should be flying it higher. To the rest, all I can say is that i'm using it as the average user will do and never claimed otherwise. I been snowboarding over 32 years, and have never caused an accident on the slope with my board, anyway, thanks for at least caring, just try to chill a bit, I do understand the point you are trying to make, I will take on the positive for sure, and yes, you are entitled to your opinion. Hey, thanks for posting. It is a very good concept and product, I guess it all has to do on how you use it and what you ask from it. Managing expectations to be realistic, it is not an A.I. driven drone, so in my oppinion, is very good when kept in its abilities, and I am positive that the software will get better and better. This is obvious anyway as he is wearing the same thing as in the first video (same t-shirt, same jacket, same mic in the same position, same lanyard). But he lied so he would get a new drone. Now that Hover sent him a new drone he posted this video where he shows he went after it right away, to the forever lost and inaccessible place... what a fraudster! He played himself with his own videos... In the first video, he said he downloaded the footage via Wifi, and now when he acts like he found it, the battery was separate from the drone... he played himself so many times with so many lies. It's extraordinary what some people can do for a few views...

He is a complete liar (and a very bad one). He played himself over and over with these videos. In this video, he showed how he went after it right away after he let it land over the cliff, to the impossible-to-reach place... He posted that initial video stating that he lost the drone just so Hover would send him a new drone, and now that they did, he posted this one... dude is a complete fraudster and thinks all of us are as dumb as him.

Good idea! The video coming from the X1 pro is unedited, what I show is all there is, the one is edited, is the one coming from the osmo pocket, and when adding the zoom in the editing software, it looks funky I guess because the computer is a basic one and editing in 4k + effects is a bit of a stretch, I guess I can upload the clip without that zoom so it doesn't looks wonky, thanks for asking politely, will do it on the week 👌

it is very clear, when it completes the orbit, and then it repositions over the cliff, you can see me stretching my arm when it was in the "right position" minute 6:58 (its the end of the orbit, the drone stops recording because it knows it has completed the orbit), and then i have to turn to follow (looking ) it over the cliff, minute 7:08 to minute 7:10, because of the digital zoom, it looks weird because my computer skipped a few frames when exporting. video : th-cam.com/video/eMB79ymECzM/w-d-xo.html

Hi I faked? I can understand, that when editing and doing the zoom, it looks funny, that's why, i guess, ZZR asked for the full un edited footage, and after going through it, they replied what they did replied. Of course I did go the same day and did my best to find it, IT IS OBVIOUS AND ALSO EDITED TO PORTRAIT IT, NOTHING TO HIDE, no way I would sit still crying and not try to get it back. Can't afford to loose it, also, thats why I did not used it over the water damn, as there was no way to recover it if it fell into the water. That is why, IN MY VIEW, it is very clear that I say in the previous video you mention "if I have a drone and can not use it because it might fail, is like not having a drone". Completely agree with all points. So much false information in one video. This is what happens when people skip all basic tutorials and think they know better.

I appreciate your opinion, my opinion however, is that I find pedantic the way you state you OPINION as FACTS and not opinions, at least it comes that way, anyhow, semantics aside, let me give you my feedback based on MY experience, not claiming is the truth to all, but is is MY experience, so it is what is portrayed in this video. Lets go through your statements one by one: 1 MY experience connecting the X1 pro to my computer, is that is not able to transfer the files as I expected, drag and drop, just like I do when transfering from my Osmo pocket 3, turn on/connect/drag and drop. I don't want to have to mount or expend time setting it up at all, SO NO, IT IS NOT A FALSE CLAIM. 2 From minute 20:26 to minute 23:33 you can clearly see the X1 Pro adapting to the terrain and avoiding some twigs, ok adapting might not be avoiding, so lest go to minute 23:47 you can clearly see how the X1 Pro changes its course to avoid branches, it changes course many times until minute 24:04. Also I clearly say, from minute 15:20 to 15:46 that it has crashed a few times following. So basically It avoids obstacles as long as there are not to many, and also it fails often. I say it very clearly. On my first time video using it, you can clearly see it avoiding the rear view mirror of my bike and avoiding a bush, also you can see it failing to take flight, so I am unbiased, never said is perfect. I have more videos that have not been uploaded, In many of them it does avoid objects, maybe YOUR experience has been different and yours does not avoid at all, but i will not go as far as claiming that what you are saying is false, as i have no fkng clue. 3 I don't state that it should do it, I clearly say "I would love to see" minute 17:06. I know it is not a 3 axis gimbal. iIm sure i can track my face sideways and would love to see the gimbal follow up and down and maintain an horizon tracking my face. 4 It works as it works, im sure I have to learn how to use it better, i'll give you that, also one thing is a few steps to get it to land, but it is not ok to have to move a lit to get it to land. There is a reason why the manufacturer replied what they said. To resume, is not false information, it is just my take and experience, with videos that show it how it is. Cheers

If you want to claim I’m wrong then say so, but there are not two “opinions” of whether the Hover has obstacle avoidance (it doesn’t) or has the ability to directly transfer files to your PC via drag and drop (it does). Ask ZZR directly if you’re that sure of yourself. You’ve now moved from uninformed to irresponsible by continuing to spread wrong information surrounding FACTS.

Ok, after reading and thinking about your previous and this last comment and how convinced you write, my only conclusion, is that you are referring to the HoverAir X1, but not the X1 PRO. If you check their official web page, it clearly states, AS YOU SAY, that, the X1 (NOT PRO) does transfer directly from the drone to a pc, like you say, and also states that IT HAS NO obstacle avoidance. So you are correct if you are talking about the X1 (not pro/max). eu.hoverair.com/es-es/pages/faq under product questions tab. HOWEVER, if you have personally used the X1 PRO and also check their web page, eu.hoverair.com/es-es/products/hoverair-x1-pro-promax It clearly states "active collision detection" for both the PRO (proximity sensors) and the PROMAX (proximity sensors + vision based sensors), also that it has obstacle avoidance (i've seen it avoid obstacles, so even if their web page did not stated it, i've seen it in action), regarding connecting it to the computer, when I connect MINE, nothings happens on the computer, not a prompt, not a pop up, not a drive to choose from, nada, none, zero THOSE ARE FACTS

Somebody tried to educate you because you promoted false information about a product. You even contradict yourself in your own comment, "collision detection" is one thing, and "obstacle avoidance" is another. The HoverAir X1P/PM only has collision detection, and that's actually the new thing compared to the previous model, the collision detection sensors on the back. Show me one place on their official website that states it has obstacle avoidance. One, please? You can't. Do you know why? BECAUSE IT DOESN'T HAVE OBSTACLE AVOIDANCE! Even Hover explained several times in their group, that the only way the drone is "avoiding obstacles" is because it tries to follow the user on the exact path it takes, but it doesn't have any obstacle avoidance sensors in the front, nothing, zero. You should know this if you at least did a minimum of a few minutes of research before vomiting out your video with all the false information... Regarding connecting it to a computer, you are probably doing something wrong if it doesn't show up. Do you use the original Hover cable to connect it? Did you turn the drone ON? Have you tried any other USB ports on your computer? It should show up as a USB drive, as it does for everybody.

@@MyOtherChannel-q9f trust me bro I tried everything the app would let me, thanks though, support says it's an issue with firmware and an update is on the way. Still wish I just spent the money on a camera camera. It rains most of the year in my state, so I have to use an armada of other drones that already follow me. This was to be the travel drone, but it has been a nightmare. Literally I don't want to be negative I want to use the dang thing. I have a video of it flying into me, crashing, auto landing, pausing recording in the middle of stuff, now the videos freeze and glitch no matter what fps, or codec. My fate is in the hands of a team, that takes forever, probably doesn't know what they're doing, and over charges for 11 minutes of flight time. The hover air 1 is amazing in comparison, the pre-sale price isn't worth. I wasn't going to wait till someone else showcased it on TH-cam, but here we are. The team is so trash and slow and blah blah doing nothing right now. This is a joke of a product in comparison to the hover air-1. It literally smacked into my head 2 times on the bike, and a couple more awkward swing in front at high speed. it's almost 2025 a multimillion-dollar company should do NO WRONG It's basically a zoom out device and mine won't even play back video right. Rip 600$ the hover 1 is just fine if not better because it can go lower- for walking vloggers I flew in strong winds in manual mode, the Air pro will be fine just don't overdo it, over go above trees. literally my last clip before the glitches started

Now the videos freeze, I searched online and found a video saying lower the video codec to H264 vs 265 but I was already on 265, not sure if the app updated or changed since reports, there was clearly a glitch in the new update if I found mention of it and the firmware he said was the same Thank you though, glad to find your channel, I recommend a DJI Pocket 2-3 to go with this!!!

Hey, I found remanufactured gearboxes for T4 in Slovenia, so the freight was a bit high. Luckily I found a used one in a junkyard, the "donor" came in running and it was I'm good condition, will see how long it lasts Cheers!

Hey, thanks for commenting My opinion, is that the X1 is an amazing follow cam, and once they finish fine-tuning the software, it will be amazing. From the images I have seen from the neo, the X1 is leaps ahead, the neo it is more suited if you want a small FPV. Next week I will post my final review and how we solved the problem with my crash, zerozerorobotics was very open cool about it.

Thanks for the additional info. The cons that are hanging me up: 1) spending $1200 on a combo pack and knowing if it doesn’t work out for me it can’t be returned without something like a $450 restocking charge. 2) The Neo has a $20 care refresh plan which is good insurance in case something happens to it. Besides if something does happen to it it’s only $200. The Hoverair is 3x that. So in the end I’d me much more nervous flying the X1 in tight places where I haven’t been able to fly before because I’ve been flying big drones without prop protection. 3) these seem like pretty big software glitches if not simply flew away and crashed or landed. I get that maybe you didn’t choose the multi environment option, but I also don’t really want to have to be thinking to toggle that all the time either, even if that would have solved your problem. 4) the first videos I’ve been seeing shows the video as super blown out for some reason. I’ve been assuming that’s a software glitches, but if not this supposed 8k drone does not seem to be producing that much better video than the Neo. 5) I have the option to fly the Neo with the NC2, giving me a more standard control and a nice big screen. 6) I think (don’t know yet) that the range is much better with the NC2 than the Hoverair with controller. With all that said, I love the beacon. I’ve loved that idea since my Skydio. I really like the added tracking capabilities and the ability to view what’s going on behind me. I love the potential of better video quality. I’m assuming ZeroZero will fix that…but I don’t know for sure. The Hoverair seems to track better than the Neo. I like the X1 pro max accessories and the ability to fold. But the bottom line is, if I can’t even try it without any ability to return it I just don’t want to commit $1200 to the experiment. I’ll probably just settle for the limited Neo. It checks most of the boxes and didn’t break the bank if I break it.

It all comes to budget and wanted use, it is true that the care insurance from dji is an amazing offer. So far I would not use the X1 where I could not retrieve it. The good thing is that the manufacturer has been eager to help

Hey thanks for your comment. The Omni terrain function comes on by itself very soon once, I guess, the X1 has all software enabled and sensors are working, it is not a problem at all. Also it had no problem at all flying over the cliff. I sent all un edited footage to the manufacturer, as it was the first thing they asked for, after that we went back and forward. I will post the whole thing next week. Cheers
