Based on the fact that you don't have "Ski Mode", shows that you haven't updated the device in the past 2 months, as there were several updates, and even an optimization update for Ski Mode, before making such a video you should check for updates, as this video is completely irrelevant and it just shows that you haven't check any tutorial on the device. 2. 1:4012:30 constantly turning it OFF and ON again, because you have no patience again shows that you don't know how to use this device and didn't even take 5 minutes to check the tutorials. If you have checked the tutorial you should know that OT takes on average between 30 seconds and 3 minutes, but first time it can take even more if it's turned on for the first time at a new location. 3. 2:58 you say "It's having a hard time keeping up" Maybe tell us how you came to this conclusion? The footage from the Hover is great and it's keeping up with you perfectly. Looks like you are doing around 10 km/h, the Hover can do around 4x faster than that. 4. Having the drone not set on the highest follow setting in these scenarios is very dangerous, it almost hit random skiers several times. This is very dangerous and you should think a bit before doing something like this. You could hurt other people. 5. 3:06 it lost you because you perfectly blend in with the snow as you have the same color outfit lol. 6. 5:40 same thing again, you perfectly blend in with the snow with your outfit, also you don't have any latest updates, and clearly don't use "Ski Mode"... it's just hilarious... 7. Leaving your board several times in the middle of the ski slope is again very dangerous and can get other people crash or hurt. Especially since your board is the same color as your outfit and it perfectly blends in with the snow. 8. "But now how I catch it?" See that's why you should first check the tutorials before even using a product... not to mention making videos about them. I won't even tell you how, but there are 2 options to stop the drone in dolly track. You should really check the tutorials in the app! And again you almost hit people there, and you left your board again in the middle of the slope, this is very irresponsible of you. And this is why drones will eventually get banned. 9. You still don’t carry either a phone or beacon connected to the drone, so you can take control or retrieve the drone in case of an emergency, especially in places like this with many people around. Very irresponsible of you. 10. 14:52 "If I go fast it loses me" No it doesn't lol, and it's clear by the footage it does not. Are you hallucinating? 11. That was never the case, you are lying again because you didn't read the manual and tutorials. You could always transfer the files either via USB cable to your computer or via phone. And this was the case with the regular X1 too from last year. Again, I think you should check the tutorials, better late than never. 12. What is this ski resort called and are drones allowed there?
Hey I just replied to you comment on the newer video. Don't be a drone police, I do agree now, after the fact, that I should be flying it higher. To the rest, all I can say is that i'm using it as the average user will do and never claimed otherwise. I been snowboarding over 32 years, and have never caused an accident on the slope with my board, anyway, thanks for at least caring, just try to chill a bit, I do understand the point you are trying to make, I will take on the positive for sure, and yes, you are entitled to your opinion. Looking at your video, the problem is evident. It's the color of your clothes. It minimizes the contrast between you, the sky, and the snow. Try again with red or black colors. When I mountain bike with my drone, it has no issues keeping up.

Make sure you put the drone a little more up than your eye level with your hand and make sure YOUR FACE AND YOUR EYES ARE LOOKING straight AT THE CAMERA LENS.... otherwise the camera lens is pointing at your jacket... give this a try many times until YOU GET IT... your welcome! it works for me every single time!
With the gesture, make sure you don’t have something covering your hand (gaiter) and give it high contrast (when you kneeled down you hand had your jacket in the background, not snow). Thanks for this demo!
I don't think you would lose the drone when riding faster, as you can see in my clip th-cam.com/video/3JcE5E-EuLs/w-d-xo.html If you ride faster, the drone just takes more gap, but it will still follow. I don't know why it lost you twice. I never had this issue. How ever it is unacceptable, Zero Zero Robotics do not agree to replace the drone it the drone crashes.

Managing expectations to be realistic, it is not an A.I. driven drone, so in my oppinion, is very good when kept in its abilities, and I am positive that the software will get better and better. it is a toy! YES! it is a toy! works good and I love it but needs to see your face and your eyes not your jacket or your legs when it gets lost like it did in the video. I am using a macbook pro and the computer DOES not recognizes the drone to download the footage firmaware7.6.7 it is a mac thing it seems people with a windows computer does not have same problem. i have the beacon and people says the beacon helps the drone to not get lost as much?? i dont know if this is good or not information. gracias por tu video!
