i used this video to apply the work needed done and change all spark plugs and new coils for each cylinder and replaced the gasket as she said too thanks again car is up and running no issues and the engine light went out after driving 30 miles thanks again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unfortunately not with this method.

I have the same rectifier but I can’t get get the amps and voltage to match what you have, when I try to up the amps it ups the voltage and I’m unsure why or how to fix it
It's been so long since I've used mine. Off the top of my head I can't think of any troubleshooting. Definitely go to the electroforming facebook group and you can search that question. That is where I learned so much!
Hey boo what gas you use 87 or 89 I have the same kind
I always used regular unleaded.
@@MandyReyesDesigns I used regular then I use 89 a couple of times also ,it just I was wondering by me putting 89 in a couple of times will it hurt my engine because it do recommend 87 .
@@beezy9028 I read that it wouldn't hurt it, just wouldn't really offer any true benefit over the 87 since that's what's recommend for the best performance.
@@MandyReyesDesigns once I run the 89. Out I go back to 87 cause it drove bout the same I have 80,000 miles on it probably time for spark plug change tune up but thank you boo I enjoy conversating bout the chargers I'm big dodge fine hit me up if you got question I give you my opinion

Thank you so much, I just saw a pintest about this and I'm really interested in learning. I have collected so many crystals to wire wrap but im useless at it lol. I think this would be a great idea to start making my jewellery a lot better. Plus the health benefits to copper are amazing. Thank you. New hobby found, time to level up my jewellery making ❤

Hi, i like electroforming process but my skin is somehow allergic to copper. I've been wondering whether silver can be electroformed too?

Hello! Where do you get your copper ring wire? Does it have to be 100% copper or can it be copper plated?
It has to be solid wire and I purchase it on amazon.
I tried the coffee filter thing but geeze did the coffee taste grose afterwards and the trip to the hospital was no fun at all.

Any advice how how to clean the copper? Do you sand it?
I just bought a 2013 SXT.3.6l... Did head gaskets.and a few other typical issue fixes..still have to replace driver door latch module..the window issue fix...
Are there certain requirements on how many volts and amperes are needed when buying a rectifier?
I am not too sure, I just bought the one in my description and it works great. Not sure about the science unfortunately.
Hi, can we use polymer clay or other clay instead of the Apoxie?
I wouldn't recommend it for rings, it won't be as strong as the Apoxie.

Holy crap! For three plugs? Might as well put new set of rings in it while your there. No wonder they charge out the ass to change plugs. I get it now

So sorry! I have one more question. When I'm not using the electroforming bath, can I put a lid over it so it's no longer going into the air? Or does it always have to be vented even when not being used. I just don't want to have something bad happen lol
I'd put it outside, but I don't want bugs falling into it. Sadly I don't have a garage
Yep! Just make sure to take the copper coil out of it and seal it nicely so it doesn't evaporate. Sometimes when I leave mine a while it grows crystals at the bottom, not sure why.

The part of the stone that you painted the conductive paint on, is the nail polish underneath? Or do you just put it on the top of the stone that's still showing?

Hi! Thank you so much for this video! Super helpful ❤ I have a question. If I'm doing sterling silver plating, do I need to get a sterling silver wire for inside the beaker? I know the electroforming solution is different, but I don't want to ruin the solution by putting a copper wire in there 😅
I'm almost positive this will not work for silver, only copper.

@@arielmay827 I know! When I learned, I was hoping you could too. I purchased a really inexpensive plating kit that goes over the copper, but it was a waste of money. I think there are companies that you can send your pieces to and they plate for you, might be worth checking out. Good luck!

Great tutorial! I bought all the supplies and Im ready to start electroforming! I am stumped on a place to set it up as my apartment doesnt have good air flow. Do you think it would be ok to set it up in a cabinet or a cupboard?
I'm excited for you! I can't really say because the solution is basically an acid and I don't know if it has fumes that come off of it. Also, keep in mind that whatever is around it might get damaged. I keep mine in the garage on top of a large tool box and the top, which is wooden, now has a lot of orange stains that don't come out. Ideally, I would recommend setting it up on a patio. Best of luck!

My first 2 pieces turned out pretty good for my first try! I am wondering how often I could replace the anode coil? I took it out of the solution when i was done and its a pinky salmon color. Can I still use it or should I make a new one?
@@amandabeaven3560 yay! You can still use it, the difference is you will need to use a brash brush or Dremel to shine the piece out of the bath.
Why is my power supply’s volts staying at .01 when I have my amps up to .1? If anyone can help with this that would make me so happy, thanks!
