When I used to rude my bike, I actually had one time where I had to go around a snake around a turtle and danced with a squirrel.... the deer and wild geese that time stayed away..

Due to time, my schedule is so busy that the time of day for riding was not available, and going for a 6+ hour ride on Sundays meant nothing was prepared for the following week.

@@deborahdewar1117 I understand that... you have to work to build a stronger back and also remember to stretch it to relieve it and take care of it. With this, the back aches are more tolerable or less.

I had fun with the kettlebell.
I got in 300, finally. 😅 I can't wait for the clean presses tomorrow, I 'm going to do weights, bands and no weights. Next week, sometime incline rows will come up, I don't have an incline bench.
Yay!!! You are so awesome! The clean presses will be fun. The workout first is full body with cardio, strength, core, and stretching. Then, into the clean presses. I'm working on a sub for the incline bench just in case the hotel gym does not have one.

I love this workout, it was somewhat different, and had fun🎉. Definitely needed this today. Also, for the butterfly pose, fluttering inner thighs, I saw a guy put weights on his inner thighs, while he did it. I love that one too, with and without weights.
I know, I really needed this one today, too 😁 That would be interesting to do that with weights on the legs.I think it would be a definite thigh burner.

I have a question, do we have to tighten our abs muscles when we do this workout? and does it help with waist shrinking?
@Sara-vc2gr Hello! Yes, you should activate your core/ab muscles by tightening them when doing this workout. This will help to tone your abs, which will help with getting rid of excess fat and bring in muscle. There are some cardio workouts (actually most) that are posted that have a lot of core focus on the cardio. These help the waistline, too. A combination of cardio and strength is most effective.
I did 200! I did some with weights and mostly with bands. I enjoyed the workout! 🎉 I know for the biceps, it's 300, I'm going to try and do 300!
@CherylLynn-i3e If you get to the point of I'm done try some no weight, all mind muscle. It's amazing what that does.

Some of the moves were a bit too challenging for me
If you have anything you need input on, I'm here. If it was the Jacks step, Jacks are a good modification. Today is more of agility, so some moves are tricky, but as long as you keep moving, you got it. Tomorrow is a jog and arms it will get us moving with a jog, march, or run and added arm circles, etc. A different one will be a plank hold drill and one for the upper body challenge. I'm looking forward to the final one, though, as it will be a mobility flow.

@CherylLynn-i3e Mowgli - he can get pretty loud..... He's been sleeping in the sun room all day. I've been doing extra stretching and trying to get deep stretches in there for us so we can take care of our body from the extra work and make long lean muscles.
