    Some of the moves were a bit too challenging for me

      If you have anything you need input on, I'm here. If it was the Jacks step, Jacks are a good modification. Today is more of agility, so some moves are tricky, but as long as you keep moving, you got it.
      Tomorrow is a jog and arms it will get us moving with a jog, march, or run and added arm circles, etc. A different one will be a plank hold drill and one for the upper body challenge. I'm looking forward to the final one, though, as it will be a mobility flow.
