Your final analysis is fantastic considering this is Sofia's "message" to Spike Jonze after their divorce, so you probably understood the movie the way she intended (mostly at least, directors can be weird people). Spike later sent out his side of the "message" through Her, which funnily enough also stars Scarlett Johansson (I have a feeling Spike deliberately chose to replace the original voice with hers even though recording had already been completed). Highly recommend you to watch that one too.

The whole psychic experience.

This is the film Lynn Bracken was watching with the councilman in LA Confidential The Big Sleep (1946) - Bogart again, and what a treat he is. The film is confusing, though, because of the Hayes' Code, which made certain things like drugs, and homosexuality taboo, and they are important to the plot. The Naked City (1948) - shot almost entirely on location in New York in an era when films were made in movie studios in Hollywood. 2 Oscars. Touch of Evil (1958, but the 1998 edit that incorporates Welles' memo on how he wanted the film edited) - last film noir, and oh boy it's a good one. The opening shot is simply unreal. Neo noir: Angel Heart Devil in a Blue Dress Body Heat Blade Runner (yes - it's a neo noir). Cast a Deadly Spell - a weird mix of hardboiled detective fiction, and supernatural elements.

Clearly with young daughter LYDIA surviving to return in Beetlejuice sequel, she MIRRORS the early exit of young ETHEL who actually vanished into 3 decades of Bart Simpson (Nancy Cartright). So...that means Kathleen Quinnlan is the young mentor to Anthony and will later run the Ghostly Service dept as a deceased chain-smoker who'd died from a slit throat. (Jeuno) More violent punishment than vanished mouth on girl upstairs. Yes Anthony later specialized in Exorcising the Living which he'd earlier done by trapping Victims at home while he becomes trapped and requires a spell to grant his mobility each time. Genie leaving bottle with 3 calls. Also, Juno likely refrained from the unbearable Juice sex harassment. He deemed her a tease like some arrogant Prince and earned Juno's assessment of "He does NOT work well with others

This movie is by far the best alien movie To me because it continues and continues and builds up w the scenes of the aliens its not just one scene thing like in the war of the worlds. We get to see an alien after the other one Which also builds up the adrenaline kick. A movie with 2% dialogue and 98% mimic and story telling through actions is hard to pull out. This movie is deff 5 STARS

I'm SO STOKED you gave this a try, I'm very much a huge fan of the books, I've read them all front to back no joke over a hundred times. I don't like D&Ds game of thrones, even the early seasons that people consider to be good, I just do not care for them. This show? YES. This show GETS IT. It's not perfect, but most of my issues with it are nitpicky and ultimately not at all important. If you were mad at D&D for ruining game of thrones but you love Martin's work, I think you'll really love what HotD has to offer. Subbed and watching!!!

Loved the vid. Seeing as there are zero dragons alive 172 years later in GoT which you have obviously seen, there are going to be a lot of dragon deaths :( They didnt disappear by magic. The people deaths whatever, its a bloodbath. But hey, maybe they all die of old age!

I've met John Jarratt numerous times and to be honest - he is the nicest guy on the planet. Definitely talented for what he has pulled off with Mick Taylor. I'm glad you enjoyed Wolf Creek 2! But you have to see Wolf Creek series 1 & 2 they are a must watch. And I think Wolf Creek 3 is on the horizon.

Time travel doesn't work, ever. The best thing you can do is use the bits that do work, and ignore the rest. The first two Terminator movies do that extremely well.

I remember watching the hospital scene on my first viewing of the film. I thought it was odd of Mickey to know that Derek went back into the house when he walked out with the other party guests. He also wasn’t upset over Dereks arm getting slashed and his classmate Cici being killed. He wasn’t worried and was smiling while talking to Sidney putting doubts in her head. I knew from there that he was one of the killers. Everyone else was upset and worried about Dereks arm and poor Cici getting killed. Also the scene after she got scared during her rehearsal by Ghostface. Mickey was supposed to pick her up. He didn’t and instead scared her and sent Derek to make Derek more of a suspect. He was definitely jealous of Derek, he was jealous of Phil in the opening too. He carried a video camera and filmed everything. When I saw the scene where Dewey and Gale watched the footage, we saw footage of the victims that he killed which gives away that it is someone who carries a video camera. We see that Mickey carries the video camera, which is another sign that Mickey is one of the killers. I didn’t suspect Derek because there was no red flags. Mickey also wanted to get caught and become famous for what he did. Imagine if Sidney saw Mrs Loomis earlier and recognised her. She wouldn’t have suspected Derek.

I’m so happy you’re putting this show on your channel. GOT was the greatest show ever until it wasn’t. I refuse to watch anything that D&D is involved with. That being said, this show is spectacular in my opinion. The first season is even better the second time you watch it. It hits different after you know the characters just like GOT. Again, super excited to watch your reactions to this!
