From Ireland here and learned Irish (Gaeilge) from age 4 til 18. I love hearing Gaelic and knowing exactly what is being said! Such lovely languages

I’m catching up on your vlogs now in the post new year as my schedule was crazy at work prior to Christmas - and love seeing the wintery period as I’m far from my wintery family home :) and my favorite soup is lentil and black bean chili

I have endo too. Remember, knowledge is power and now you have that power you can choose what to do with it. I would say, don't wait to have kids. If you're planning to have them and in a good point in your relationship go for it sooner rather than later. I wasn't able to have them but one of my best friends who also has endo has two lovely healthy girls. It's also worth noting that a surgeon said to me once that with endo you can have terrible pain and very little endo or lots of endo and little pain, so don't pamic if you feel your pain is really bad - as levels of endo pain do not necessarily equate to degrees of endo. Mostly though, just be kind to yourself. I find a period diary helps as the day before I get really anxious, so knowing that my anxiety is actually just due to that is helpful. Warm baths and chocolate also help me 🙂

I moved to the Cotswolds fron the city ten years ago. I actually think that it can make issues BIGGER being here as you really have to look at yourself. Small communities mean you have to get on with the people sround you and this quickly exposes areas you need to work on. Isolation can also bring retrospection. However, although it's taken me ten years, I feel like I'm coming through the other side now - hopefully with time in my life to enjoy this clearer mind and focus. It has been massively gruelling to get here though and anyone who has done a move like we've done needs to be prepared for that.
