In 2006 I unfortunately became addicted to painkillers. 2007 was one of the hardest years I ever experienced because of it, not understanding how stuff works and how you can get sick from trying to stop. It was an open wound in my life til i got on meds to quit in 2019, and tomorrow will be 3 weeks clean off of those nasty substitutes. Driven and Burn still remain my top two favorites from this album. Takes me right back to 2007 when I hear it.

Scores like 46-23 and 55-24 were the norm against the Irish. Weak schedules, a lack of speed and a more integrated lineup defined his tenure. Parseghian was good. Several coaches outranked him.

Arizona sadly lost to UCLA and it was ugly too. Both their starting and second string QB got injured that night and Arizona's offense sadly couldn't move the ball anymore. It just completely deflated the team. That was the year I became an Arizona fan, having been a ND fan since 88 (Dad an alum from 74)

USC should have lost at LSU earlier that year. Officials missed a false start against Anthony Munoz, then LSU was called for a questionable face mask when a tackler pulled down Paul McDonald. The Trojans exploited their good luck and scored the winning TD in the final minute.
