The (Forgotten) Swedish history Before the Swedish Empire. Part 1.
How did Sweden actually become an Empire?
The history of the Swedish empire is an era in Swedish history that has been covered extensively by history creators. At the same time has the story of how the kingdom truly became an empire has often been a period in the history of Sweden that seldom has been given much attention. In this video, we will cover this overlooked history.
We will start off by covering the reign of the mad king Erik XIV, after which we will cover the wars with Russia that his brother Johan III fought. We will then end the first part of this two-part series by covering king Johan's attempt to get his son onto the throne of Poland and the tensions it caused.

How Brutal was Medieval Law Really? Law and order in medieval Europe have for a long time been a subject characterized by cruelty and barbarism. Hangings, beheading, and corporal punishments are often been thought to be the go-to punishments given to people guilty of even the most minor of transgressions. But is this depiction of medieval law accurate? Since the late twentieth century, historia...

Avar originally is Yuyoun 柔然 유연 n they r one of 12 Korean Gojosun Alliance states known in Korea as 단군 12 연방 cuz they r originally Korean Gojosun breed people n spread out to the other parts of Eurasian continent at different period of time n also eventually got mixed in blood w/ people around them during the course of the history as most ancient Korean breed nomads do. The rest of 12 Korean Gojosun Alliance nations include Rouran 樓蘭 루란 Tartar 撻檀 달단 Buryat 부리얏트 Kimak 키막 Kipchak 킵챡 Masaket 마사케트 Sarmat 사르마트 Xianbi 선비족 Ilkh un 一群國 일쿤 Kumick 쿠믹 Geckhun 겍쿤 alias Kirghiz 키르키즈 Oghuz 오구즈 alias Okser 옥저 which derived the Ohotsk sea as that Sea at the Russian Far East right by the Kamchatka peninsula at the North Pacific Sea etc cuz they r all from Korean Gojosun 古朝鮮 고조선 n spread out to other parts of Eurasian continent as nomads should since they have to constantly look for good pasture land for their animals. However they share many common cultures w/ ancient Gojosun Korean breed nomadic nation for instance their round white felt composed nomadic dwelling tent called as Ger or Yurt, all having almost same nomadic culture for their food n costume, common Tengrism as their long period down faith, calling their ruler as Takrigodo Sunwoo or Khagan 탁리고도 선우 or 카간 etc just like Gojosun n later appearing ancient Korean breed Huns; Takri or Tangri 탁리 means God or Heaven whereas Godo means son hence the word means Son of God as their ruler. For instance the name of present Chinese Turkistan called Taklamakan came from Korean Gojosun in which Takla means God or Heaven whereas Makan or Makhan means Horse Khan in which ma means horse n Khan means ruler cuz at then nomads considered horse as their most precious asset. Ancient Korean Gojosun had three rulers to rule their vast territory just like later appearing Huns thus u can see that they share same culture between them cuz they were originally same breed of people; the Jinkhan meaning Dragon Khan at the center while Makhan n Burkhan supported him as supporting khans on both of his sides n they all r generally blood related. By the way that Burkhan means wolf Khan cuz ancient Koream nomads considered wolf as devine animal just like Buryats in northern Mongolia meaning wolf tribe, Burkhan Kandun where Genghis Khan was born n Burkhan means Wolf Khan n Kandun means mountain range thus meaning wolf khan mountain range located in eastern Mongolia, Bulgaria means nation of wolf tribe, Lake Buir in Mongolia means wolf lake etc. That's why some rekhowned Korean historian consider those Etruscan who found Roman Empire n had legend of wolves as their parents who raised them could be blood related to ancient Korean Gojosun people. U all got to consider a fact that there r many countries in Europe who r blood related to ancient Korean Gojosun including those Huns who had Korean Ondol culture meaning floor heating system culture. That is why Romans had public bath system utilizing Korean Ondol floor heating system which those Romans called Hypercoast. Besides we ancient Korean Gojosun started bronze civilization n later it propagted to the west to other civilization in Europe like Finland n Estonia cuz we believe they r blood related to us even though their appearnce completely changed to Caucasoid feature like many other ancient Korean Gojosun derivatives in the Eurasian continent including those mighty Saxon warriors n their Saxon royalties n knight class aristocrats during European feudalism cuz those Huns r from ancient Korean Gojosun breed Sukxin 肅愼族 숙신족 Hunnic race just like those great Basque pepole living in the Spanish French border region cuz we can clearly tell that their culture n language clearly reflect the culture of ancient Korean Gojosun n their predecessor empire called Sinsibaedalgook 神市倍達國 신시배달국 meaning nation of God cities n heroes which lasted from 39th century BC to 24th century BC about when that ancient Korean Gojosun Empire had been found, just like that Mongolian capital city of Ulanbaatar meaning City of Heroes in which baatar means hero in Korean Altaic language. Believe or not ancient Korean people unlike those superstitious n devil worshipping Chinese n Japanese called themselves as 天孫 천손 meaning Breed of God or simply Decsendants of God. Perhaps that's why those Khazarian had no difficulty in accepting Judaim as their creed cuz they must find something common to their long ancient faith of very ethnocentric Chunsonism 天孫思想 천손사상 basically meaning chosen descendant people of God from ancient times cuz they must have been very proud on their repetitive ancient achievement cuz usually someone promonent in that family started to branch out from their original family group line or try to distinguish themselves from other people living around them. However in case w/ ancient Korean they must have worshipped God most genuinely from their racial birth era. Hence those Khazarian who were in fact ancient Gojosun Korean breed had such devout faith to choose a faith which is much more close to their ancestral Chunsonism faith rather than Islam nor Orhtodox faith after such long painful consideration cuz it just is not that easy to follow such most ethnocentric n most racially discriminative faith n such very demading faith like Judaism unless they found something common from those Jewish Rabbies or Levies. However only the holiest mightiest Noblest n Highest God knows the fact. Anyway all these facts have been proven by many reknowned European historians that ancient Gojosun Korean propagated bronze age culture to the west to other civilization in the Eurasian continent cuz they started the Bronze age culture. Anyway hence u can clearly see that those nomads originally called their rulrer as Son of God meaning 天子 천자 before any Chinese called their emperor as son of god 天子 천자 cuz ancient Korean people called Dongyi 東夷 동이 meaning people of eastern root w/ powertful bow started Chinese civilization n history by founding Shang dynasty 上 상나라 in the present Chinese mainland. However all these fact have been hidden n even got destroyed by those Japanese during the Japanese colonial era of Korea by twisting n fabricating Korean history such a way that Korean r born slave race n ancient Korea had been ruled by both Chinese n Japanese when there weren't any Japanese nor Chinese around them cuz we ancient Korean started both Chinese n Japanese history n civilization. Such vile Japanese all fabricated history of Korea which r now called as Japanese colonial history of Korea 植民史學 식민사학 to induce maximum inferiority complex to those proud Korean subject to govern them easier n at the same time those ever fraudulent Japanese primates tried to create Nazi Germany type Japanese Aryan all Walt Disney level bogus fantasy tale as their history that their emperor descended directly from heaven 10,000 years ago when in fact those successive Japanese emperors confessed again n again that they r none other than Korean Baikje Empire breed people when they had to run away from Korean Peninsula in mass exodus when that mighty maritime Baikje Empire lost war to those combined force of Korean Shilla n Chinese Tang dynasty force. However that Korean Shilla state immediately made an alliance w/ Tibetans located in the west of that Chinese Tang dyanasty n destroyed n conquered that Chinese Tang Empire. Besides traditionally n historically Korean people had much more professional n outstanding usage of those Chinese characters cuz ancient Korean people invented what is called bone inscribed letter 甲骨文字 갑골문자 during Shang dynasty in Chinese mainland which eventually became modern day Chinese character called 漢字 한자. However that Park Junghi, that assasinated president of former Korea who has been praised for the rapid development Korean Economy n also a former Japanese military officer during the second world war n a famous lacky of then Japanese government got bribed by those sneaky tracherous n ever pure evil Japanese maggot government in 1965 when the first nomalization meeting was held due to the strong urge from the US government that he got bribed by the Japanese government w/ the Japanese direction of stop teaching Chinese character to Korean students so that they'll never get to understand all those ancient Korean chronicles written in Chinese characters that they'll never get to know true proud dynamic n global conquerors ancient Korean history so that these lunatic Japanese think they could colonize Korea again someday cuz Korean people never get to know real true proud dynamic global conquering great proud Korean history but only get to learn all those Japanese fraud historian created all those belittled fabricated twisted fiction of Korean history n also all those created cartoon level hundoshi loincloth wearing savage lowlife Japanese' proud Aryan history so that those silly Japanese frauds thought that those Korean would rather want to become those great Japanese Nazi Aryan joker than Korean.

This bust/image and likeness of Hannibal is a fake that was made in the 16th century by an Italian and is not the real Hannibal. It is a partial likeness of Roman Emperor Hadrian. This so called Hannibal is dressed in a Roman cloak/cape called the "paludamentum" that was worn by only Roman generals and Emperors. Hannibal hated the Romans and would have never not dressed as a Roman General / emperor. Plus the Helmet is not Carthaginian either…. Tell a lie often enough, it becomes the truth!

One idea that no one entertains is whether Hypatia deserved her death. (Before anyone starts clutching their pearls, recall that many people would begrudgingly admit that the French aristocrats in 1792, say, "had it coming".) Elevated as a rationalist and feminist martyr, she has received a glossy shield of apologistic protection and is now a bipedal sacred cow, but we do not know her character and deeds. In the same way, everyone ignores Galileo's falseness and backstabbing and receives the interpretation of the inquiry into his science from biased sources. As well, the violence of the Alexandrian monks was not necessarily approved by the best elements in the local church. (See The Sayings of the Desert Fathers, editor Benedicta Ward.)

Wow, never mind on the praise this user previously gave Gustav Vasa in the previous video and before then up until this point. He double-crossed Lubeck and the Hanseatic League and became as much of a pragmatist as George Washington, attacking his own people in order to maintain centralized power! He started off well enough, succeeding Sten Sture and taking down the Kalmar Union and Christian of Denmark, but then he goes and allies with the same people who killed his father and his people to take down free traders just for money and power? How many more "Anakin Skywalker falls" must people see before realizing that "government corrupts, and absolute government corrupts absolutely"?! 15:41 in, a Machiavellian leader is never what any imaginary country (which is every country, as communal property doesn't work and private property is pre-political) "needs". The free market fixes itself, and what IS "needed", perhaps now more than ever before, is "sound money", such as in the form of artificially-scarce, anonymous-by-default cryptocurrencies backed up by "Polycentric Law".

6:37 in, the peasant uprising in Smaland is eerily similar to both The Whiskey Rebellion, in which disgruntled, unpaid and underpaid civilians and Continental Army veterans rebelled against George Washington (the American equivalent to Gustav Vasa to many), and was, unfortunately, also quelled and also akin to the Battle of Cowpens during the American Revolution, whereby a smaller, underequipped detachment of the Continental Army pushed back and defeated an overly confident British army, led by a brazen, irreverent young man, with Scottish Queen's Rangers to boot, all with the use of superior tactics on and around a mountain in North Carolina. What the Revolutionaries would do was send smaller portions of their army to fire off a single-shot and then feign a retreat in order to lure out portions of the British army and the Scottish Queen's Rangers to defeat them in a trap, bit-by-bit. They would fire off a single-shot and then run to the other side of the mountain for their next, reloaded shot, instead of staying put in the same spot, because they didn't have enough men to cover the whole mountain, which was being laid siege to all the way around, and it took time to reload a musket or rifle back then! One can play that out if they download or purchase "Empire Earth" and download this custom scenario: h t t p s : / / ee . heavengames . com / downloads / showfile . php?fileid=2675

Even though this user is part-German and part-Polish, this user has a personal interest in someone who is partly of Swedish descent and is quite a fan of Swedish history and that of the Hanseatic League! As a libertarian/AnCap-minded individual, this viewer must say that Sweden's history is quite rooted in libertarianism and anarcho-capitalism; of free trade! This Christian of Denmark character was really a statist-stacy, like Creepy, Sleepy, "Scranton Joe" Bidet, today (or what that abused GretaDoombergers girl could become)! The Kalmar Union is much like a prototype of the EU and further shows what it can become if not dissolved soon! Let this video history lesson (and subsequent links) be a WARNING for not just all Swedes, but all people everywhere of what the State, their Central Bankster masters and religious, (C)atholics-(I)n-(A)ction and corporate, fake-capitalist cronies can do unless avoided and rebuked and circumvented at every turn! Sweden's history is much akin to America's history! This Gustav Vasa hero, like Sten Sture before him, fought off a tyrant and his armies and cronies with only peasant farmers and fishermen with their equipment, with only superior tactics and zeal for freedom in their hearts, much like how the (admittedly, rather cultish-sounding) "Founding Fathers" of America were able to defeat the most expansive army and navy in world history! It's so cool how Gustav Vasa chose to go with a paid, volunteer army (some naysayers would dub "mercenaries") instead of conscripted peasants, showing that, indeed, private security firms are the way to go! There's an old computer Real-Time Strategy game called "Empire Earth" that there is a fan site that is full of user-uploaded custom maps and scenarios and campaigns downloaders can play and enjoy, and two of them, both by the same gentleman, are quite well done and this user HIGHLY recommends all those who read this take the time to download or purchase the old base game and download these custom scenarios and play them and enjoy seeing history seemingly COME ALIVE! h t t p s : / / ee . heavengames . com / downloads / showfile . php?fileid=3559 and h t t p s : / / e e . heavengames . com / downloads / showfile . php?fileid=3605 If this post captivates a given reader's heart and mind, please be sure to check out "Mises University 2024" and "Anarchapulco 2025"!

Constantine legalized Christianity and made it equal to the Roman worship of Jupiter and other gods. He was not a Christian himself, never officially accepted Christianity himself throughout his reign. Therefore, he may be considered the Emperor of the Christians, but he was not Christian himself.

Constitutional monarchies don’t afford their Kings sufficient enough power for my liking, it’s why I prefer the semi-constitutional system. Absolutism rose out of the breakdown in feudalism where a fundamental tension between the King and the Nobles or other estates created an impasse which required the King to circumvent them.

Theologg is totally compatible with philosophy and science. These things work together to understand the Creator and His Creation, not against each other.

Saint Eric, also known as Eric the Holy isn't mythical, we have his remains at the Uppsala Cathedral, which have been proven genuine.

Feminists love using her story and applying feminist ideas to her and that time period. Hypatia was well respected and wasn’t seen as a threat because she was a woman

This video is fundamentalist christian, antiwhite propaganda. Hypatia was murdered by a christian mob, inflamed by Cyril of Alexandria.

The story of Dannebrog falling from the sky is probably at least partly a later invention, but one part of the myth may be real. The archbishop of Lund was the man tasked to hold the flag high, inspiring the danish forces to victory. When his arms grew tired however, he dropped the flag and the danes started to lose. Two knights were brought in to hold the bishops arms in the air for him, so he would never have to lower the flag. This mimics a story in the bible in which Moses inspired the Isrealites in a battle against the Amalekites by holding up the staff of God. When he, similarily, grew tired in his arms, his brother Aaron and a man named Hur brought him a stone to sit on and held his arms up for him.
