Melissa your New Years eve sounded like mine. Quite un-eventful! This year we were ready for a night of nothingness. It feels so good to me after the Holidays to get the house back to normal again. You always motivate me to clean. I love your videos. Thanks for sharing with us.😊🧼

Just finished getting all the Christmas stuff put away (including outside). We have a BIG winter storm coming bringing us 8-12in of snow starting in about a half hour. Wanted to make sure everything was tucked away in the garage for the weather. It's going to be bitterly cold this coming week. Winter is most certainly here now! I love the washable rugs - we have almost all Ruggable rugs (6 so far) in our house! With pets (especially one that's aging) and kids they've been a true lifesaver! We tried one of the trashcans that had recycle built in and I did not like them. I ended up returning it. For a small family they could work and be useful, but our family is way too big (felt like we put 2 things in the recycle part and it was full lol). The bins were too small. We use a 21 gal trashcan (trash) and a normal 13 gallon trash can for recycle. Both have to go out daily with 8 people. Have a great week sweet friend! <3

Love your cleaning videos. What i noticed about cleaning your shower head and Faucet with vinegar. It can harm the rubber gasket in the long term. I use citric acid. It get the job done and is better for the Rubber.

🧼. I have a Shark vacuum also and love that you can wash the dirt cup. It’s really helped me keep up with making sure the vacuum stays clean. I will have to see if my bottom part by my brushes can come off too. I have a different model than yours. I will definitely be checking that out on mine. All the gross things moms have to do! 😂 Also the back of the fridge has a vent it’s important to keep it clean. I also clean my dishwasher inside where drain is . The dryer and furnace vent makes huge difference

Great inspiration with those before/after's! Your vacuums look amazing now! I need to do all of mine too. I've been wanting to do it for a while because our cordless shark stinks. We also have the Shark Vertex Duoclean and I LOVE that vacuum! Shark is just amazing but I have had trouble reaching under those covers too. we've had to do a lot of plumbing work this week in our house so of course housecleaning went to the wayside lol. Time to get back to work now that hubby fixed most of it. Have a good up coming weekend!

I definitely need to clean my vacuum cleaner once a month. I have long hair and a cat. I have 2 air purifiers. I appreciate clean air. The vacuum cleaner has a hepa filter on it and that does require regular cleaning. I don't do the diffusers because I live in a higher humidity region. I need to use dehumidifiers regularly. Which also need to be cleaned. 😂I'm very thankful that my space is small. 😂😂😂I'm older and need to keep things extra clean, organized and decluttered.😂😂😂

Hi Melissa, I was confused at the beginning of the video. I thought it was filmed after Christmas so I couldn’t figure out why you were putting the decor back on the kitchen shelves. Then you said it was actually filmed a few days before Christmas & then it all made sense! I have been slowly taking down & packing away my decorations except my trees. Hubby likes them to stay up until Jan. 6 (Epiphany) We ate the last of our leftovers tonight but there are still some cookies in the pantry. I’m going to give them to the neighborhood children. Happy New Year ❤️🎉🎈

Hi Melissa, I took my tree down yesterday and rearranged my family room and dinning room furniture. It felt like new rooms! So today I took it easy playing with my almost 5 year old granddaughter. That always seems to tire me out the most😂😂😂! Are you kitchen curtains on the the wrong way? It looked like it😂???

Heya! It was me that recommended power paste for the oven! I still stand by it! I wet the scrubby, rub it all over the area or spots (including the weird baked on grease spots on the doors), then let sit a few mins and scrub it away. Always gets everything off! Now I wish I could find something as good at getting hard water stains off our glass shower doors. The build up gets everywhere (even on the tiles). It's so hard to get rid of. I think I've tried just about everything now. My best process so far is using a steel wool pads (like the ones you use on dishes or pans). It works pretty well but requires a lot of elbow grease. Nothing else works, even the stuff supposed to be made for it. I can't wait until we can get a whole house water softener. The hard water build up is wearing all our appliances down and even our pipes. Hubby spent two days fixing a clog from hard water sediment build up. Had to replace 10 ft of pipe in the basement! Your doing great my friend. Who cares if this video is 2 years old 🤷‍♀️.. I am looking to start cleaning up already and needed your motivation. I like cleaning up right before new years. Too many people live through too many superstitions to leave the tree up, its bad luck. I never heard of such a thing. Besides, I'm not superstitious, so im enjoying the tree coming down as an early bird special lol.. I'm proof if you take all the Christmas stuff down before new years, you will actually feel a hell of a lot better bringingin tjw New Year cause its one big chore already done. We all know the hardest thing and most common hectic thing to take down besides the outdoor lights will be the tree. Everything else just goes right into it's rightful bin. Taaaa daaaa all done. Ty for making this early bird video of taking stuff down before hand. My stuff is up early too for enjoyment, but needs to come down before new years in my eyes.

I have sensitive skin. It's the arm and hammer for me!😂 The fragrances can be a bit much. I have wax warmers and the smell I like the most is discontinued 😢It was called Newborn Nursery. A light, baby powder scent. I like the fresh linen one and I will turn it on for say an hour and the whole house is smelling good for hours afterward.

I'm watching out of order.. lol.. I'm such a rebel
