It's very clear that Mr. Gomes is following some kind of personal agenda. If he is being true to what he mentioned in this interview, he should have implemented a proper procedure to fix the education and governance in this country. He and his business community has all the power they need. They have political power, money and also the social influence. But he has done nothing over the past decade other than supporting these corrupt political agendas. Mr. Gomes seems to have a very influential connection with Mr. President and the politicians in the power. Still, Sri Lanka has a good education and healthcare system compared to many countries. We can see that it's gradually depreciating. It's all happening because of your political friends. Finally, I can say to Mr. Gomes "Please don't speak shit in interviews. do something proper for your country. Don't blame to some political parties by saying that they don't allow your friends to govern the country properly. You and your friendly politicians are the problem not the NPP/JVP."

With a supportive government I think they could've done this at a lower price. This is a great example that we need a good government since talented people are waiting to get started here.
