We had a permit from the NCAA but never flew inside a game reserve - for that you need a additional permit from the reserve or the NWA for their resorts (i think for Etosha it's not possible to get a permit). As far I know (did travel to Namibia last time in 2021) flying without a permit is not possible.

If you refer to Etosha and Chobe (Riverfront): They are very unique and completely different. Moremi is - depending on the season - very unique too and you maybe have to cross the water several time. In our option you could skip the Savuti region of Chobe (we went through anyway to get from the Riverfront to Moremi).

Thank you very much. In our opinion Praslin has the best beaches (for swimming) and La Digue is the most picturesque one. We would skip Mahe with seven nights and would stay 4 in Praslin and 3 in La Digue. If you don‘t want to skip Mahe, then 2 there and 2 in La Digue and 3 in Praslin although you will have to choose a region of Mahe to stay because the island is (compared) to the other ones quite big.

Oh great - you will love it. Hope you saw our Panorama video too. In our opinion if you use common sense you will be safe. We went there 5 times by now and never had any issues.

Servus, wenn du die Safari-Aufnahmen meinst, an der 7Riii das Tamron 150-500, wobei ich das mittlerweile ersetzt habe durch das Sony 100-400. Das Tamron war mir zu schwer und hat mich auch von der Qualität nicht wirklich überzeugt. Weiters gibt es ein paar Aufnahmen mit der 6400 und dem Sony 24-105.

Wow - great - very happy for you. It depends on the season if you need warmer stuff too. We went in February/March and it was very warm so we didn't need a sleeping bag or warm clothes. Have fun planning.

Madeira is a relative small island. So we decided to stay some nights on the north western coast and some nights on the south eastern coast. From there you can go to all the mentioned locations in a short time period. And since the weather is unpredictable and often different in the south compared to the north you are very flexible. All the locations to visit from a place are mentioned in the video. Have fun exploring. All the best!

Thank you very much. We went at the end of February / begin of March. And got lucky because it rained a lot compared to other years in January and February so it depends a bit how much green you will see. Anyway enjoy.
