For my camera I use my phone camera which is a samsung S21.
For my lighting, I have 2 lights, one positioned to shine light from my left at about 45 degrees above my head and standing at about 1meter away from me and the second is on my right standing at about 2.5meters away from me, shining at 0 degrees at my eye level but slightly tilted away from me so I am not too bright (the lights i have do not have dimmers) and I have one bedside light behind me to create a bit of highlight behind me. (that one is just for ceremony really)
For my mic I have a deity lavalier mic.
However don't let yourself get too bothered with set ups, if you have a simple light just mount it in front of you to shine enough light on your face. You can even use daylight if you do not have lights already. This just means that you have to sit facing the window and close any window behind you so that you are not out of focus. I use the articifial lights because I only have time to record at night. Go to your phone camere setting and set the video quality to the highest your phone has, clean the phone camera lens and Just start recording (except you have a proper camera and know your way around it) and keep tweaking things to maximize what you have and after a few videos, I promise you, you wil begin to see what works best for you and you can begin to replicate them. I still do not have a great video quality but they are definitely better than my first 10 - 20 or 30 videos (they were really horrible) and yours will get better too.
But if you already have some videography skill then I am sure you can handle everything better than I have said.

Use "public" WiFi & a cheap "burner" tablet ? I expect "public" WiFi probably requires a verified ID, mind you. Not that I advocate illegality here of course ...
