@@YalcinAydemir my model did not come with cruise control, heated seats or grips and it may be for that. If you need to know for sure, you can buy a mechanics manual and it will have a schematic of the electrical wiring and will tell you exactly what it is for. @yolandazach Thanks for watching and comment. I do like the design of the 2015-2022 the best for the F3's. To me it is the best design. The new RT models are really starting to look good and very functional. And yes.... no matter what, everyone needs to ride more!!!! Incase you didn't know, they make a battery cable extension/jumper wire that can be placed somewhere on the bike for easier access to charge it.

@ndd1701 mine is a 2018, so there will be a little difference in connection probably. They sell a connector kit for the lights for newer models. Slingmods sells the connectors by themselves as far as i know. Without this, you will have some trouble connecting the lights, i believe. Unless they have changed them a lot, most connectors on the Spyders have a tab in the center of the tops that you have to lift over a tab and then pull apart. The other types are on the sides and require squeezing as you pull. Another type will have a small tab that usually is a different color than everything else. You can take a small flat head screwdriver and push/slide it out. This unlocks it. Then you can usually pull it apart or lift over a tab to remove. I hope all this helps. Any tire store will help you if you give them tire sizes and what you are looking for. Also, a few people did comment here what they use. As long as you don't try and use a bigger tire, you will have a good fit.

@josephgolden1565 mine is a 2018 and does. This already happened to me and i discuss it in the "Extended Warranty" part one and 2 video i have. I even show the shaft. @MOABMAN hhhhmmmm...if your drive system was already recall repaired, why did they send you a second notice? That's interesting.

@josephgolden1565 this is actually common, and i think by law they have to. When mine was replaced, there's the possibility it was replaced with another faulty part. They also state that they do not have a fix yet, which shows that they are aware that this part is an ongoing issue as well and all parts are considered incorrectly made at this time.

@MOABMAN that might mean a tranmission replacement or at least a another driveshaft built to todays standard

@TADSkewd As far as I know it should work on all models after 2015. I am not 100% sure but as far as I know, they have not changed any design on the seat and pin arrangement. I have not personally tried one on a 2023 is the only reason I am not 100%. I did look at the manual for the 2023 and they are showing everything being the same as well. What you could do is call a company selling other seats for the spyder and ask them if there are any changes in the seats. But if you are really wanting one and don't want to do this i think it will work. Hope this helped and if you get it..... enjoy it. I still love mine after all these years.

When the shat snapped if was really scary. What was worse was my wife was riding with me and I was scared that she got hurt at first while trying to get us out of the traffic.

@JesusFlores-th3ej 2015 and earlier models are all over the place with differences. The accessory circuit should be the same locations though. Please also be aware that different countries/locations have different color codes sometimes. There are only two wires and i believe no matter what area the bike is for, the ground should always be solid black and the positive will be a colored wire or color striped wire. What I mention below is for US models and I hope this helps. If this information does not seem to work for you, the best thing to do is find the three locations mentioned here and look for wires that just end and are either wrapped with black tape or zip tied at the ends. These are usually the circuits. Do use a volt meter and test them if you are not sure. The front circuit is located behind the storage box. The middle circuit is under the left service panel. Both of these are just the harness and no connectors. The rear circuit Is under the passenger seat. Plug is provided. Wiring is a black wire (ground/negative) and purple with a yellow stripe (positive). Power is only applied with the engine running. Fuse is located in the right fuse box (behind the storage box) position F6 10Amp. Hope this helped

@JesusFlores-th3ej The best and only answer i can give you for that one is not an easy one, so hope you have a lot of patience! The best way to trace anything from fuse box is to get in behind it and just find those wires and trace where they go. Unfortunately, this is not easy but if they lead to an end that is not connected to anything, then you can use them. If there is no wire to that fuse location, then you can tap into that location and just run your own. Hope all this is helping you, and just let me know if you need anything else. @rsolom6 I have not heard many issues with the 2023 and 2024 models so hope they finally got all the bugs out.

@@MOABMAN Do you think the replacement motor or part(s) are upgraded from the 2018 parts (in my case) so it shouldn't happen again? I assume to know if the parts are changed, one would compare the P/N's of old and new.

@ruthdoyle9085 They probably won't make one. It would bring the cost up to as much as a F3. It is already close in price, and too many people are trading the Ryker in for the F3 already. The new Canyon looks like they are attempting to mix the Ryker into a Spyder. A failed attempt in my opinion if that is what they are trying to do. Thanks for watching and comment!

There should be something that came with the lights (or online from the maker) that will tell you how many amps they pull. Led's do not pull a lot, so you "should" be ok if they are very small. I think the accessory lines are 15 amps standard. I have 10 sets of small lights on mine, and each piece has 6 led lights. If you bought lights that say motorcycle lights, then they are probably fine to hook all of them up. This is purely a guess and may not be correct on my end, but if they are strips of lights, then I would say no more than 6 feet total length for use. I would test with 4 feet first. Hope this helps.

@joeshenekji511 That should be no problem at all with the max at 1.7 A. The only thing I would do is see if you like them before putting them fully on. They may not give you enough glow. What I did is wire them in, then tape them where I thought I wanted them to see how it would glow. This way I didn't spend hours and get disappointed.! Have fun customizing!!!!

I like it a lot, just be sure that it meets your weight requirements. One model did not and I think it was one without the metal wheels. Also the release lever is a little tricky so watch the fingers!!!!! Glad the video helped some.

@Grimreapervlogs So this is a tough one, and I am unable to give you a for sure fix. The service manual does not show the code, so that tells me that BUDS was meant to help in fixing this issue. The service manual shows that codes from P0 to P3 are Power train, TCM and DPS Module and System issues. When researching, the only thing that I could find is that a P0301 and P0303 code indicates that there is a misfire in the cylinders. The last number refers to which cylinder so for your instance cylinder 1 and 3 is where the misfire is. Again I am not saying that I am sure, but if you are going to change spark plugs, I would recommend changing any cables as well and do all since it is a pretty good amount of work to do it. You dont want to change one or two and then it happen on the others. They recommend changing spark plugs every 28,000 miles so if your close to that mileage this would be a start. Hope this helped any!

Thank you for asking for help! I learned from this that there are codes not listed unless you have the BUDS software to diagnose. I have several service manuals and was not able to find it. Oddly enough this code is the same for cars too which makes me wonder is there is a standard for codes for all engines. Please let me know what you find out and share with others so they know when you do. I hope it is a cheap fix for you!

In the right fuse box check #5 and in the left box check fuses 1,2,5 and 7. For sure check to see if the kill switch is activated or not. I would flip it on and off then try to start it, and try about 3 times as well. Unfortunately without being there, this is hard to trouble shoot. I currently am not near the service manual I have so these are a guess on the fuses that may be an issue. When I can I will check the service manual and see what I can find. Until then I hope those fuses or the kill switch will fix it. Also. Please let me know if it helped or if you still have problems. I have heard of the control cluster needing replaced before, but hope it is something simple for you.

@davem413 There are 2 spots for the fuses on that year: 1. Under the service cover behind the front storage compartment on the front left side of the vehicle 2. Under the seat on the right side of the vehicle. Most manuals prior to 2015 models were hard to find anything in. I am not sure if Can Am was trying to hide things on purpose but they did a great job of it. Hope this helped!

@G-Force_70 The best way to find out the rated amperage for the lines is by purchasing a service manual for your specific year. They will come with wiring diagrams and that information. They are not expensive either. Another way is to look at your fuse box and see what size fuse is in that location. What size the fuse is will typically be what you see out of that line.
