Just be carefull with the sealing paste, you let some of it inside the valve case 7:54 , and mixing with oil i think can make some demage in your engine.

I would've at least checked the Piston ring gaps & replaced them if they were out of specification. I recently replaced the rings in my dads Honda GSV190 engine on his lawnmower because they were out of spec & has lost their tension (were tired after 20.years of use). It used to smoke like an old freight Train when it was cold until I replaced the rings, with the old rings it used to blow a lot of smoke on a cold start then clear up once the engine warmed up !!

Harbor freight has a bunch of engines. I see a 8HP 301cc engine for around $300. If I were to swap it out and get rid of the 49cc engine 4 stroke that I have how do tell how fast this engine can go in mph ? Any idea?

Any updates on the dr125? I got one but usually dies when idled in . I suspect it is the carb . Did you change the carb? What might be the problem for to stall whenever I leave the throttle?

What did you use to sand the engine down ?

The head for those motors are cheap u could buy one and re do it so u have a nice exhaust port with small engines it helps with power

How you remove the principal bolt of The engine? My bolt îs stuck

I just bought a refs Apollo 110 it’s just like this one hopfally better engin tho haven’t got a good look at it yet

should invest into a electric impact wrench make life easier loosing hard nuts to remove and for a exhaust look for old pulse/lexmoto adrenaline and sinnis apache as they use the same engine and most parts
