I understand the product is able to learn to adjust brightness. Is it capable to simulate sunsets and sunrises? So it sends a signal like every 2 minutes to increase the LED's brightness by one point for example?

I also did the discover devices request, but still won't update. What happened. Other apps are working with alexa smoothly why Broadlink is like this. The broadlink RM Pro is becoming useless and useless already. Pleas fix the bugs.

What is lacking in my set up? i can control my RF switch using the broadlink app. The message says alexa and broadlink are succesfully linked. but why the device name does not appear in alexa app, thereby cannot control the rf switch with voice command. What i have to do , broadlink please help me. what else is to be done. please respond.

I could not get custom RF device to be discovered by alexa but then I discovered I could add the device to a broadlink scene and the scene was recognized by alexa. I could say alexa "Run Open Curtain" and it would run the scene. I didn't want to have to say "Run" so I then create an alexa routine that runs the scene so no I can say Alexa "Open Curtain" or "Open Drapes" and it works. Was about to send it back before I found this work-around. For Broadlink RM4 pro Alexa only seems to recognize IR devices but not RF. But it does recognize scenes so that is the solution.

The ONLY reason I would ever care to use my phone in place of the native ROKU remote, is to be able to control my TV from outside my local wifi network, i.e. while traveling, but need to control the TV for my aging dad. This does NOT do that. You MUST be on the same WIFI network. Take your phone outside of your wifi range, or are just on your cellular network, forget it, it's offline. There is a "feature" that will let you nest your ROKU stick as a sub-device to your Broadlink Pro Hub, and then "LEARN" the ROKU buttons, but that does NOT work. The only button it would learn is the OFF button. And you better not press that, because you can't turn it back on, if you have just turned off your Broadlink box. So, the only answer is to buy a very modern SmartTV that has ALL of the Apps you want to use, e.g. ESPN, ESPN+, so that you don't need a separate ROKU box. (Please challenge me if I'm wrong).

I bought two new TC3 (US version) switches 3 gangs types, but when I am trying to reset them by pressing and holding any bottun for 5 seconds, the switch LED lights are not responding to anything. They won't even blink even after being on for 2 minutes. Please Help.
