    Scenes from the BroadLink app (not ihc) are not being discovered by the Alexa app, any clue?

    What is lacking in my set up? i can control my RF switch using the broadlink app. The message says alexa and broadlink are succesfully linked. but why the device name does not appear in alexa app, thereby cannot control the rf switch with voice command. What i have to do , broadlink please help me. what else is to be done. please respond.

    I also did the discover devices request, but still won't update. What happened. Other apps are working with alexa smoothly why Broadlink is like this. The broadlink RM Pro is becoming useless and useless already. Pleas fix the bugs.

    how do you link to the aircon eg. mitsubishi ac? there is no temperature setting, speed setting, vane setting when linked to google home. Only ON Off for aircon appeared in Google home.

      Alexa or Google has very limited support on a/c and we have to use alternative ways to enable those functions and usually people are not aware of these "unofficial functions"

    Alexa comes up with an error on the app saying "No new devices found" What can I do?

      Exactly!! The set up to Alexa - Broadlink apps are ridiculous!!!! Never connect the same with each try!!!!!

    I cant link the alexa acount. I have the error 35020? What is the problem?

      Same with me!!! I can’t stand the set up with the Broadlink app to my Alexa & wifi!! Never works!!!

    It’s a pity it doesn’t work and that it’s a nightmare to try to get working. Simply awful.

      It is awful!!! The most confusing, and unstable set up EVER!!! It only set up with my Alexa app 1 time and failed a week later! I’ve tried about 50 times again in the past 2 days & with Amazon inept tech help & the Broadlink bulbs will NOT set up correctly anymore! Infuriating!!

      Hi Sim, you can link Google home directly in BroadLink App. Please tap "Me" in BroadLink App, tap "Add voice assistance", choose "Google Home" to link the account :)

    Horrible! I couldn’t understand nor follow any part of your installation of the Broadlink to Alexa app!! You didn’t show step 1 of installing the bulb, turning it on until it flashes for set up, Etc.!! Waste of time and frustrating!

      Hi, we have several videos for the setup guide, this one is for the account link of BroadLink and Alexa :) You can find the setup process in other videos. Besides, we strongly advise you to watch these in BroadLink App - Tap "Me" - "Device Installation Guide"

    Super easy, but it does not work! Alexa keeps telling me my device is off line and its not off line!

      Exactly! I have the same frustrating issues with these smart bulbs from BroadLink!! I had to have regular bulbs put back in throughout my house after a week of the apps saying the bulbs cannot be detected/discovered, or saying “Offline!!!” When my wifi is always On!! I can’t stand this company’s lousy, set up instructions & confusion!!!

    Hi Team, I have an issue. I linked my BroadLink RM4 with my Google Assistance. Google Assistance and BroadLink app is able to control my device. However when I turn the TV on using BroadLink app, the status is not getting updated in Google home app. Google Home says the TV is off, however the TV is on, but when if press the power in Google home the TV is turn off but Google home says TV is on. Any solution?

      Their app and set up in the USA are horrible too!!!! Never works after first time, if that! Horrible company with NO PHONE NUMBER TO TALK TO A REAL TECH!! Bad, over6! Never buy this smart bulb again!

    Oh. My. God. You can tell they are not a U.S. based tech company because they would NEVER have a promo video with someone watching Fox News and Laura Ingraham. I 'bout fell out of my chair when I saw it. I'd be really interested to know how this happened. If it was on purpose, I'm going to have to support Broadlink when I can.

      I agree!!! Their set up is most frustrating, doesn’t work & is trash!!! They have no phone tech to call for help in the USA either!! Shame on this company!
